BINGO is held every Friday at 7:00 PM in the Meal Site, admission is $1.00. Not during July. CRAFTS are held on Wednesdays 12:002:00 in the Craft Room. Not August. All welcome. GAMETIME each Thursday at 3:00-3:45 PM in the Center Lounge. Each week a different gameCome join in the fun! Doesnt meet 5th Thursday of the month. EXERCISEevery Monday at 9:00 AM and Friday at 10:00 AM in the Community Room. FRIDAY MATINEE at 1:00 PM in the Community Room, newly released movies with popcorn and refreshments. $1.00 fee. KNITTING Regular knitting meets every Monday at 1:00 and the Afghan group meets every other Monday at 9:30. Check for dates on the calendar. All are welcome. RELIGIOUS SERVICES The Protestant services are on Tues. at 10:00, Catholic rosary every Thurs. at 9:30, Catholic mass every third Thursday at 10:00 AM and Jewish services once a monthcheck the calendar and/or flyers for dates. January 3...on
Thursday, January 3rd at 6:30 PM in the Community Room we will be welcoming and celebrating 2013! Bob Gianotti is returning to rock in the New Year with us! We will have light appetizers and dessert as well as a nonalcoholic champagne toast! Tickets cost $6.00 and are on sale December 18-21 and then December 29-30 in the Program Office.

Calling All Talent

The Davenport Dunbar 2013 Talent Show is scheduled for February 21st. We want to meet with all participants for a mandatory show rehearsal on Monday, January 7th at 1:00PM in the Community Room. Please be prepared to perform your entire act. Additional rehearsal will be held on Tuesday, January 22nd as well as a dress rehearsal on Tuesday February 19th. If you expect to perform in the show you must be at all rehearsals-if you cannot attend you need to contact us. Anyone not signed up to perform but would like to, please contact Jeanette or Lucia ASAP at 203-288-6826.

January 10...Big

Changes!! For the next 3 months, the Resident Council meeting will be held on Thursday evenings at 7:00 PM on a trial basis. The hope is that attendance will increase and more residents will become involved and informed. The closed meeting for council members will be at 6:30 PM followed by the Open Meeting for all residents at 7:00 PM. This trial means if attendance is not increased the meetings will be moved back to the afternoons.

Red Hatters will be having lunch at the Town House Restaurant. Please make sure to RSVP and if you are attending be down in the front circle by 11:15 am.

months Supper Club menu is Shepherds Pie, vegetable, roll, dessert and a beverage. Dinner is served at 5:00 PM in the Community Room. Birthday invitations for residents born in December/January will be out during the first week, all others tickets cost $4.00 and will go on sale Tuesday, January 22nd, 10:00-11:00 in the Center Lounge. PLEASE NOTE: If you were born in December/January and have not received an invitation by January 4th and would like to come, please call Jeanette or Lucia at 203-288-6826.

Dunbar is having a hat, mitten, glove, scarf and sock drive through January. We are looking for ONLY brand new items (adult or childrens) to hang on our Giving Tree in the Dunbar Reception Office. Everything collected will be distributed at the Keefe Community Center.
