I do also declare that I am medically fit and am entering this event at my own risk and will not hold the organizer, sponsor and all agents of the organizer responsible for any injuries which may be incurred before, during or after the event or loss of personal data given correctly as stated. I also agree that the decision of the Organizing Committee is final and that no appeal will be entertained. I also give consent for the free use of my images, name and voice in any broadcast telecast and advertising promotions or for other purposes pertaining to the event. Terms & Conditions 1. 1 Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Heritage Xplorace 2013 is open to citizens of all nationalities and only the first 250 teams that register in accordance to the terms and conditions will be eligible to participate. 2. Each team shall consist of 2 persons aged 18 and above, however participants below 17 years old must be accompanied by their eligible guardian aged 18 and above, and must obtain parent/guardian permission. 3. Each team member MUST be in a good health and fit to participate in this event. 4. Only teams that comply with the conditions of participation will be eligible to take part in the race. 5. Each team member MUST wear the Xplorace T-shirt with race number throughout the race and will be disqualified if they fail to do so. 6. The Organizer reserves the right without assigning any reason therefore to disqualify and/or impose penalty points on any team found to have been:a) In breach of these Rules and Regulations b) Cheating in any manner c) Providing false and/or incomplete information; d) Unable to complete the race within the stipulated time 7. Each entry form has to be accompanied with an entry fee of RM70.00 for MyKad holder and RM120.00 for International participant. Malaysian participant and International participant are not allowed to enter as a team. 8. All cheques / money order must be payable to: PTS Advertising Sdn Bhd Bank: Maybank Bank Account No.: 5641-1911-3186 Direct bank-in can be made under registered company name 9. Incomplete entry forms will be rejected. NO REFUND will be made for incorrect or multiple entries or participants who wish to withdraw from the competition 10. All registered participants will be issued a receipt as proof of registration and this should be produced during the collection of running tags. Incomplete entries, i.e not accompanied with fees, will be rejected. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of entry.

Registration will be opened starting from 1 January 2013 from 10:00am to 6:00pm. 13. All cash prize winners MUST produce their identity card (Malaysian) or passport for age verification at the Secretariat Centre before collecting their prizes. 14. Each team will be assigned a number and the starter pack during the registration and required to produce the official receipt when collecting their goodies bags at : Venue : Amphitheatre, Menara Kuala Lumpur Date : 21 February 2013 Time : 7.00pm - Registration 8.00pm - Briefing 15. The Organizer reserves the right to photograph any participant and publish and/or use their personal particulars and photograph for promotion and publicity purposes, at any time without prior notice or consent. 16. The Rules & Regulations, as well as the procedures may be added to or amended at the discretion of the Organizer. Any additions and amendments to the Rules and Regulations, and the interpretation thereof, and the decision of the Organizer in all matters concerning the competition shall be final and binding on all participants. 17. Each team agrees that the Organizer and Sponsor shall be entitled to the first right of refusal to use any contestant as talent in ads or for product endorsement for promotion purposes. 18. The Organizer and Menara KL Sdn Bhd reserve all rights in and to the images and videos captured during the event for promotional use via TV commercials, print, web media and/or any other type of media. 19. All entries MUST be on the prescribed forms. Photocopies of entry form are also accepted. Entry forms are also available at Muzium Telekom and in our website: www.menarakl.com.my. 20. All participants are allowed to use public transportation.
