Time and Location Tuesday and Thursday 9:30AM-10:45AM, Rolfe 1200 Course Description Introduction to principles of economic analysis, economic institutions, and issues of economic policy. Emphasis on allocation of resources and distribution of income through price system. Textbook: Modern Principles of Economics. Tyler Cowen and Alex Tabarrok, 2nd Edition (2012). Worth Publishers. Computation of Course Grade The course grade will be based on two midterm exams, and a cumulative nal exam. Formula sheets will be provided during the exams. Missed exams and homework assignments may not be made up. 25% Midterm Exam 1 (Chapters: 1 - 5, Jan 31th ) 25% Midterm Exam 2 (Chapters: 6 - 10, Feb 28th ) 50% Final Exam (Chapters 1 - 14, Mar 18th , 3:00PM - 6:00PM)

Discussion Sessions You should attend the section for which you have signed up.
