The purpose of the document is to give a brief overview of KM Ridges services related to Software, Soft Skill Training and guiding the students to develop their projects as per the academic curriculum.

Located in the heart of Hyderabad training hub Ramanthapur, India and registered with government of India under the Companies Act in 2010. KM ridge is having more than 4 years of experience training, Developing and consulting in software. KM Ridge is having a vast experience in guiding the students in developing Soft Skills and Training. From the inception KM Ridge is helped around 50 colleges and 5000+ students to successfully complete their Soft skill Training and projects Training in different technologies. Our Corporate training division is having around 20 trainers who are having experience in the range of 3 to 10 years. These trainers are providing training to various MNCc like Accenture, Wipro, CTS, TATA ELXSI, SIFY, CNO IT Services and Fund Tech. We trained around 300+ batches of corporate trainings and Soft skill Trainings across PAN India.

We utilize the services of our corporate trainers to provide the training to the students in the colleges during the training period of academic projects and Soft skill Training, which gives the students clarity about the life cycle of the projects. We are designing and developing the solutions for various industries including electronics, software and manufacturing sectors. 7.1. Corporate Training KM Ridge provide our trainers to various MNCs For their induction programs and lateral trainings. KM Ridge is having highly experienced trainers with development experience, who worked for MNCs as developers for a period of 2 to 5 years and having training experience of around 5 to 10 years.

7.2. Soft skills - The For support professionals, soft skills refer to anything that falls outside of the traditional product and development Skill set. Soft skills are the ability to communicate effectively, promote teamwork within your organization, Present ideas, manage projects and people, solve problems, and provide excellent customer care. 7.5. Academic Projects We are providing the guidance to the students of Engineering, MBA and MCA for their academic projects and necessary training required to develop the projects. We are having more than 3 years of experience in training, guiding and developing the academic projects. We have the projects as per the latest papers of IEEE and Web applications. We have the capability to guide the students as per the industry standard by our corporate trainers. This enables the students to get through with their examinations and interviews. 7.6. Design and Consulting KM ridge is engaged in design and development of various products for the electronics and software industries. With a vast experience in research and development, project management and solution architecture, we provide optimized solution based on the industry renowned frameworks. During last three years we are able to penetrate the opportunities in the electronics industry for Railways, Defense and security domains. We provide consulting to various small scale IT Companies for Solution architecture and project management. 7.7. Development At Km ridge we are developing the projects in various domains for the clients in various countries.

7.8. Infrastructure Services We are providing the infrastructure facilities to various companies for conducting their trainings. Our training facility is having 4, state of- the- art training rooms. These are having a seating capacity of 30 to 40. Along with the training rooms one conference room and 2 cabins are there. Each Training lab is having all the necessary infrastructure like furniture, systems with the required configuration. 7.9. Campus Trainings We provide the trainings to the students of various professional colleges to bridge the gap between academics and the industry. We designed the courses to meet the industry standards and certification trainings.

8. Training Process
For the academic projects the following process shall be undertaken. 8.1. KM ridge provide the Well-furnished spacious classrooms. 8.2. Off Campus Workshops - conducted at weekends at during vacations. 8.3. Classroom training shall be provided for selected course by corporate trainers. 8.4. Students should work on the selected project with the guidelines provided by the trainer. 8.5. One trainer will be available during the development of the project to guide and solve the problems faced by the students. 8.6. Continuous Learning Program training is imparted throughout the Academic Year. 8.7. No compromise on quality 8.8.
