I am Anas Asyari, 35 years old and very familiar with DCS/PLC/SCADA system and EPC. During I was on PT. Siemens Indonesia and PT. Indokomas Buana Perkasa/Cegelec, I was assigned with many projects from manufacturing/factory, offshore/onshore facilities, and mining.

My achievements was successfully upgrading system: Total Fine ELF (offshore Balikpapan) from PLC Yamatake and DCS Honeywell to Process Control System (PCS) Siemens S7 including SCADA System. Revamping Coal Processing Material Handling system at YTL Power Plant (as O&M (Operation & Maintenance) for Java Bali Transmission from S5-948 PLC series and Coros LSB as a HMI to Process Control System (PCS) Siemens S7 package with PLC redundancy and WinCC SCADA redundancy Server including Client. Revamping Coal Processing Material Handling system at Adaro Coal Mining Kelanis from control conventional to modern control system using PLC Allen Bradley L6x series as a controller and Vijeo Citect 7.2 HMI/SCADA redundancy server including 10 client.

My experience mostly covers organizing, control system designing, data communication designing, electrical termination designing, supervising, prepare related Front End Engineering Design documents (P&ID drawing, Control Phylosophy, Loop Diagram, etc), breakdown materials specification & technical analysis for purchasing the equipments, FAT, field construction engineering, pre-commissioning and commissioning, including evaluate vendor/supplier proposal, and define vendor/supplier battery limit including co-ordination with vendor/supplier related to schedule control, technical support, the client interaction for interface or control system design, scope change management etc.
