Alpha Epsilon Phi

Greetings Alumnae Sister,

Fall 2012 Alumnae Weekend

I hope this letter finds you well. The Phi Phi chapter of Alpha Epsilon Phi is excited to invite you to join us in celebrating another Alumnae Weekend. I hope you take this opportunity to reconnect with your past and visit the active sisters who strive to uphold the great legacy you once helped build. We are looking forward to showing you the progress and accomplishments weve been working hard to achieve this semester. Phi Phi is under the guidance of an incredible executive board, consisting of President Rebecca Rosen (Alpha Mu) and Vice Presidents Liana Messina (Alpha Mu), Julia Vogel (Alpha Nu), Samantha Morgan (Alpha Mu), Alexandra Sofen (Alpha Xi), Christine Riolo (Alpha Mu), Jenna Harris (Alpha Omicron), Sara Bernstein (Alpha Mu), and Leah Hechtman (Alpha Nu). They have been working hard to ensure that our chapter is living up to our fullest potential. We have recently concluded Fall Recruitment (led by Sara Bernstein), and are in the process of welcoming five young women to our esteemed sorority. Leah Hechtman will initiate these women before Alumnae Weekend approaches. Phi Phi continues to place a large emphasis on community service and philanthropy. Last semester, we raised $1,400 for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. We anticipate equal success in raising funds for Sharsheret through Tacos for Tatas, which is planned for Thursday, October 18th. We hope you will join us for a weekend of sisterhood and friendship--a time to create bonds and rekindle existing ones. The fall 2012 Alumnae Weekend will be held from Friday, November 16th through November 18th. The itinerary is as follows: Friday, November 16th Begin the weekend with a Sisterhood social at 9:30pm at the AEPhi house. Hors doeuvres will be served! Saturday, November 17th Continue the festivities with a sisterhood dinner at McGuillicuddys Tap House (84 Main Street) at 7:30pm. A buffet dinner will be served from 7:30-9pm, including mixed salad, mild wings, penne alla vodka, chicken marsala, and mixed steamed vegetables. Sunday, November 18th The weekend will be concluded with a traditional bagel brunch at 11am at the AEPhi house (39 Church Street) where a continental breakfast will be served.

In order to ensure the success of this Alumnae Weekend, I ask that you please R.S.V.P no later than November 10, with the Alumnae fee of $35. Price details are broken down on the R.S.V.P page for your convenience. If your response is not received, I will not anticipate your attendance. Please feel free to contact me at (516) 398-7662 or at chelsea.hirsch@gmail.com with any questions regarding this Alumnae Weekend.
