As
you
grow
older
you

start
making

own
food
choices.
There
is
a
huge
difference
in
the
nutritional
value
of
food
today
and
it
is
important
for
you
to
understand
the
choices
you
make
will
ultimately
affect
your
overall
health
and
wellbeing.
Your
task
is
to
research
what
healthy
snacks
are
available,
choose
an
appropriate
snack
and
create
a
30
second
advertisement
to
promote
this
snack.

Step 1 - Research healthy snacks. Look at the links below to familiarise yourself with what are healthy snacks. Many snacks today are marketed as healthy when in actual fact they are not very wise choices for us to eat. Referencing is very important. You will need at least 5 references for this project (3 internet sites and 2 books). Record your source as you go. Here are some resources to help you get started. the

your
body,
where
does
the
snack
come
from.
For
extra
points
you
may
want
to
compare
this
snack
with
an
unhealthy
choice
snack
and
give
a
comparison
of
the
two.

Step 3 - Prepare your advertisement in written form before you attempt to record it. Show this to your teacher for feedback before recording. It is very important that you are well prepared before you record your information. Think of a creative way to present your advertisemen. Make sure you use illustrations and diagrams in your presentation.
