Hapsari Agenda The agenda was approved to settle a small committee of the next upcoming PARAMABIRA chair election. Minutes A motion was made to approve the Minutes of the October 1, 2012, meeting, which is to make a separate committee of the upcoming chairperson election. The motion was approved unanimously. Standing Committee Report 1. The current chairperson of PARAMABIRA, Mr. Augustinus Assistantya Suryaputra will end his duty at the end of November 2012. Therefore, the current standing committee of PARAMABIRA and Mr. Suryaputra himself felt necessary to make a separate committee far before the time. 2. The eligible chairperson candidates will be chosen from the existing members of PARAMABIRA who have joined for at least one year, participated in one of the LKMM trainings held by Binus University, and had the average GPA of at least 2.75. After checking these conditions, 6 persons were eligible to be the candidates, which are : a. Cherly Susanti b. Bintang Eka Paksi Dirgantara c. Beatrix Nita Sacharissa d. Yenny Lestari e. Peter Sugiharto f. Annissa Paramitha

3. The next chairperson election was planned to be held in Tuesday, October 16, 2012 for the qualifying round. Eligible voters for the qualifying round will be the existing members of PARAMABIRA who have joined for at least one year and still enrolled as active students of BINUS University, which counts for a maximum of 52 members. 4. After the qualifying round, 3 candidates with the highest votes will present his/her organization plan in Tuesday, October 23, 2012. Afterwards, the final round of voting will take place. Eligible voters for the final round will be the existing members of PARAMABIRA including the most recent ones, which counts for a maximum of 139 members. 2012-2013 PARAMABIRA Chairperson Election Committee After gathering the 9 one-year senior members of PARAMABIRA, the current chairperson started the discussion about who will be taking which roles. After the discussion, the committee was decided: 1. Chief of Committee : Muharram Hasanein Haekal 2. Secretary 1 : Calvin Tjahjadi 3. Secretary 2 : Gerry Gabriel Wijaya 4. Administration Division : Arion Valentino (Coordinator) Hegra Soetrisno Dita Silvia Ningrum Sherly Mareta 5. Documentation Division : Debora Stevanie (Coordinator) Mariza Melania Committee Job Description After the committee was decided, Mr. A. A. Suryaputra as the current chairman of PARAMABIRA gave the job description for the committee: 1. The Chief of Committee should coordinate whether the staffs are working according to their division, and help any divisions errands whenever necessary. 2. The Secretary should collect the candidates CVs, make the default presentation (in case of candidates presentation are not working properly), and record any meetings and voting results. 3. The Administration Division should prepare the voting papers, the list of eligible voters, and taking notes if there will be anyone absent in the day of the election. 4. The Documentation Division should take pictures of the day of election, count the votes, and witness whether the vote is done legally or not. The meeting adjourned at 5.21 p.m. The next meeting of the PARAMABIRA Chairperson Committee will be held on October 14, 2012, at 5.00 p.m.
