To unlock Aircel 3G data card which you need to follow these steps. Here you need two pcs or laptops for unlocking this first download the Huawei unlocker and type your 14 digits IMEI number of your Aircel 3G usb modem which was already the Huawei calculator in that you will get an empty column to type IMEI number and there it will show option service there you can find unlock the modem select the button and click on that button now your modem is partially unlock there before clicking the unlock button click of CALCULATE button there you will get a code flash and NCK codes note down the flash code and after doing this remove the Aircel 3G USB wireless modem and download mobile partner software by clicking and install it another which other used to unlock the modem previously please dont use the same PC form unlocking after the installing mobile partner install mobile partner to another PC and plug your Aircel 3G USB data card which you to insert other sim than Aircel(don use Aircel Sim after unlock partially) into that mobile partner installed PC and after detecting the modem it will ask for a code there you have to type the Flash which you noted down in other PC already and if you done with completely you modem is completely successful and it will detect which network you have inserted.
