In consideration of the acceptance of this reservation by Richard Winn Academy, P. O. Box 390, Winnsboro, SC 29180, the undersigned
agrees to pay the required tuition and fees as listed in the 2009-2010 fee schedule.

I understand that my obligation to pay the fees for the full academic year and any incurred penalties is unconditional and that no portion of
such fees paid will be refunded nor will any outstanding balance be cancelled in the event of absence, withdrawal, or dismissal from the
school of any of the above named students.

I further understand that in signing this reservation agreement for the coming academic year, I am agreeing to accept the rules,
regulations, policies and procedures set forth by the governing board of Richard Winn Academy. Furthermore, I agree to comply with
the rule concerning payment of fees as referred to above. If tuition is more than ninety (90) days in arrears, all students in the family
automatically lose their right to attend classes. It is the responsibility of each family to keep its account current. If one is late in
payment or does not pay, Richard Winn Academy reserves the right to institute legal proceeding to enforce this contract and by the
party/ies signature below acknowledges that Fairfield County shall be the county in which the legal proceeding shall be filed.

The school reserves the right to designate the class to which the applicant is assigned. Additionally, I understand and agree that I will
accept the decision of the administration as to the number of students per class since it may become necessary to increase class size
because of budget considerations. Furthermore, I agree to the policy of the school that no student will be permitted to attend classes, take
nine weeks or semester examinations, nor will grades and transcripts be released unless the family account has been paid in full.

THE SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR EXPEL A STUDENT FOR ANY SCHOLASTIC OR DISCIPLINARY
REASON OR CAUSE, AND IN THE EVENT OF SUCH EXPULSION, THE PARENT SHALL REMAIN OBLIGATED TO
FULFILL THE FINANCIAL OBLIGATION OF THIS CONTRACT.

In order to reserve a place for your child(ren), both copies of the Reservation Agreement and your Reservation Deposit (1st month’s
tuition) must be received by the school no later than March 15, 2009. A contract will not be accepted if an account is in arrears. This
instrument shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.

A discount is offered to families paying annually and quarterly. The tuition contract must be signed in March and the discount
is ONLY offered during March. After March all tuition is based on the monthly rate.
