III. CONTEXT OF INTERACTION:

It was a cloudy morning around 11:00 am in University of Eastern Philippines, University Town at the O Noodle branch when we had our interview with our client. The client is wearing a black long sleeves and a black printed shirt and a blue pants wearing rubber shoes. The client lacks personal care/hygiene but his nails are trimmed. His breath smells alcohol. He has a fair complexion. He has wound at his right upper eyebrow. We saw him first at the street talking to people who passes by. We followed him to the O Noodle branch.
