7. Bandwith Limitter : Step 1. Open Start Menu and click on RUN Step 2. Type gpedit.msc inside Run and click OK Step 3. In the new window that opens click Administrative Templates in the left side. Step 4. Inside Administrative Templates, find the folder Network and double click. Step 5. Now double click inside Network the file called Qos Packed Schedular Step 6. Inside Qos Packed Schedular, find Limit Reservable Bandwidth and double click. Step 7.In the Limit Reservable Bandwidth window click the option Disable and restart your PC or laptop. Tip: You can also select the option Enable, and will disable the bandwidth limit, but only if you change the Bandwidth Limit percentage from 20% to zero.
