National Emergency Telecommunications Plan (NETP)

NETP aims at:


Identification of telecommunications needs in time of emergencies; Identification of vulnerabilities, and assessment of threats; Forging of partnerships; Forward-planning as part of preparedness

The NETP should be part of a national disaster management framework or plan plan
