Each SSG officers helped together. When the enrollment started, all of us wake up early in order to prepare ourselves and go to school in order to assist the parents. There are some guardians who like the new enrollment system of their children while there are also some who keeps on complaining due to the suffocating and cram lines. There are some parents who appreciate our efforts and give positive comments for our deeds. On contradictory, there are some who dont and vests us with obnoxious and ferocious feedbacks. After giving sufficient time limit, each year level later on presented their plays which made the others absorb the feeling of intense excitement, thrill and enjoyment. After the marvelous and truly striking presentations, next on the program list was the reflection and assessment of the participants. Mini Sports Fest 2012 In order to give the athletic students a chance to show off their skills, we, the Supreme Student Government came up with the idea to conduct an activity which was never launched by the former SSG Batches. This is the Mini Sports Fest. Inspired by the students will to show others what theyve got in the field of sports, we engineered and created a project which would help them achieve their desire. That is why, after successfully attaining the cooperation of the MAPEH Department to the activity, we landed to the activation to the very first sport festival in Holy Spirit National High School. The Sports Fest covers 6 branches of modern sports, basketball, badminton (singles and doubles), volleyball, chess, table tennis and scrabble.. Each branch was actively joined by students from different year levels. With the responsible facilitating and officiating of the teachers from the MAPEH Department, who are quite versatile to the contests they manage, winners were able to be picked up and were able to be heralded.

After completing the list of victors and triumphant, we then proceeded to the main highlight of the festival, the most awaited awarding ceremony. In this ceremony, the SSG would not just commend the winners of the Sports Fest but also the best and most exemplary student teachers whose teaching capability has been tested and challenged for four days. With the active participation and with the thrill, enjoyment and excitement the students felt during the fulfillment of the activity, we can safely say that the project met its success. We just hope that the memories they attained from the program would never diminish and would always mark in their memories. Kwaderno ni Juan In order to sustain the insufficient number of notebooks of some students of Holy Spirit National High School, we, the Supreme Student Government, decided to put up a project which would complete these needs. This project is prominent with its name Kuwaderno ni Juan. Kuwaderno ni Juan is a brilliant project originally architected by the batch of Former President Suplay and was retained by our batch with the judgment that this project is something which the SSG should really enforce. Holy Spirit National High School is a public school sponsored by the government. And because it is a public school, the mere truth about this school is that majority of the students it holds are underprivileged. Due to the poverty that these students experience, they were unable to complete the materials they need specially the supplies essential for school, example of these supplies are their notebooks. Notebooks are quite significant for schooling for it serves as the cradle of all the things we must remember, it contains lessons, tips and notes which are sometimes used for exams. That is why, in order to give them a helping hand, we came up to reinforce this project inherited by our batch from the former one. The SSG is proud to say that they spent zero amount of money for their project, therefore where did the notebooks came? We SSG values the things considered by others as which in fact was useful, example of this thing are the used notebooks. With the cooperation and help of the student body and teachers, we were able to garner huge amount of used notebooks. After garnering the notebooks, we removed the spring metal rod and the yarn which binds it and segregated the blank leaves of notebooks from the filled ones. After segregating the two, the filled ones were sold in order to add up to our funds and the blank ones were diligently collected and compiled. From the separated leaves of blank papers, we were able to create notebooks which have an approximate 70-80 leaves. After recompiling and rebinding them, we covered the notebooks with a used notebook cover and recovered it with a manila paper. Since the notebooks are already ready, we then went to different classrooms through the help of their respective advisers to see the number of students who deserve to receive the recycled notebooks. After completing the list, we later on proceeded to the distribution which totally made the selected students happy. With the happiness the students felt and with the smile they had worn after receiving the notebooks, we can safely declare that Kuwaderno ni Juan is a success. We hope that may the students always remember the importance of recycling as a way of fulfilling our needs.
