Performance Schedules
SCHEDULES are prepared five (5) weeks prior to each festival date and mailed at the end of the week.
Director’s should received their schedule no later than three weeks prior to the festival. Performance
Times will not be given out until the schedule is finalized and mailed. All groups registering after that
time will be placed at the end or in any available schedule slot. Performance times are based on both

RATING ONLY: Performing organizations entering for "Rating Only" will receive a Superior or Excellent
2009 Rating with the appropriate trophy and medal. Your group will not receive a placement or be eligible for
