Assalamu alaikum wr..wb

Allah SWT has said: "O those who believe, fear Allah as true piety to him, and not once was
dead but you are in a state of Islam.Dan berpeganglah you all the ropes (of) Allah, and do not
berai divorced, and remember the favor of Allah to you when you first (period Jahiliyah)
bermusuh-musuhan, Allah unite your heart, and you menjadilah For Grace of Allah, those who
are brothers, and you have been in the cliff edge of Hell, and God save away from him. Thus
Allah maketh plain His revelations unto you, that ye may be guided. (Ali Imran :102-103

"So you keep on the right road, as are you and (also) the person who has reptile with you and do
not exceed the limit. Indeed, he is to see what you do. And do not tend to those who do wrong
that caused the Fire touch you, and thou not have a helper other than God, then you will not be
helped. Establish worship and the second edge on the day (morning and evening) and at the
beginning of the night. Verily deeds are either out (sins) deeds that bad. That is a warning for
those who remember. And be patient, Allah Because there is no vain reward those who do good.

My Sisters Moslem ...

Every Muslim who has believe that Allah is God, Islami is his religion and Muhammad is his
prophet, he must always understand the meaning of this pledge and able to realize the values in
the realities of life. Each dimension must suitable with their values are in good condition and
safe threatened. But in the reality of life and the human phenomenon, we realize that not every
person who has a good understanding of Islam is able to realize in the whole lattice of life. And
those who implement can’t necessarily be expected to survive according to Islam, that is
committed in the handling and Istiqomah in his life along the way.

My Sisters Moslem ...

Istiqomah is anonymous from thughyan (diversion or exceeds the limit). It can mean standing
upright in a place without ever shifted, because the root of the word Istiqomah of the word
"qooma" which means stand. So the etymology, meaning Istiqomah upright. In large English
dictionary, defined as Istiqomah establishment resolute attitude and always consistent. The
terminology, Istiqomah can be defined with some of the following;

- Abu Bakr ra As Shiddiq when asked about it said, is that the purity Istiqomah nation (no same
God and with what anyone)
- Umar bin Khattab ra said: "Istiqomah is committed to the commands and restrictions, and must
not be deceptive, as spoofery weasel"
- Utsman bin Affan ra said: "Istiqomah purifiying charity is to Allah swt"

- Ali bin Abi Talib ra said: "Istiqomah is implementing obligations"

- Al-Hasan said: "Istiqomah obedience is doing and avoid from any sin"
- Mujahid said: "Istiqomah is the confession of the nation to meet with Allah swt"
- Ibn Taimiah said: "They istiqomah in love and worship to Allah without look left and right"

So Muslims who have istiqomah is a Muslim, always maintaining the faith and believe in any
situation and condition, both in Ramadhan and in other months. He like hard corals that ready to
avoid water that comes. It is not easy weak or in the future and degredasi journey of his life. He
was always steadfast in the faith to uphold strap. From day to day with the enchain the values of
truth and goodness of Islam. He always talk enchantment Islam both in space virginity, family
life, life and form a nation. That is the light which is always the light of life. That is indeed a
Muslim man, always in Istiqomah along the road of life. Allah has said;

"And if people who have died (because kekufutran heart) and then we turn on him and We gave
him a bright light, with the light that he can walk in the midst of human society, similar to the
situation that is in darkness that once - you can not go out of him? Thus We made the people who
disbelieve see what good they did. "(QS 6:122)

"So we (istiqomah) you on the correct way, as are you and (also) who have reptile with you and
do not exceed the limit. He is Seer of what ye do. "(QS 11:112)

"Those who say: Our Lord is Allah", and they remain so istiqamah not affraid against them and
they were not (too) grieve. Such are the inhabitants of Paradise, they will abide, as a reward for
what they did. (QS 46:13-14)

5 Tips for Istiqamah

Purity and piety in the soul must be always maintained by every Muslim. This is due to purity
and piety may be experiencing or even disappear all together. However, there are a few tips that
make a Muslim can retain the value of piety in the soul, and even improve its quality. Tips are as
follows;

Firstly, Muraqabah

Muraqabah is feeling will be a servant ilahiah control and closeness to God himself. This
is implemented with all obey God's commands and avoid all restrictions him, and have a sense of
shame and fear, when life does not run in accordance with his Syariat. Allah has said :
"He created the heavens and the earth in six days: Then He willed to the 'Throne. He knows what
into the earth and what is out of it and what came down from heaven and what to ride him. He is
with you and mama in the course you are. And Allah is Seer of what ye do. "(Al-Hadiid (57): 4)

Messenger of Allah. He said, when asked about charity, "You worship Allah as though you see
Him, and if you do not see Him, He saw you." (HR Al-Bukhari)

Secondly, Mu'ahadah

Mu'ahadah is here is a top commited values of Islam. This is done because he has been affiliated
with it and confirm in front of Allah SWT.

There are many verses that are associated with this issue, are as follows.

"Fulfill the covenant with God when you promise and do not cancel the oath-swearing in (your)
that, after meneguhkannya, and you have made Allah as your witness (against swearing oaths-
that). Allah knoweth what ye do. "(An-Nahl (16): 91)

"O those who believe, do not betray Allah and the Messenger (Muhammad), and (also) do not
betray the mandate, the mandate entrusted to you, and ye know not." (Al-Anfaal (8): 27)

Thirdly, Muhasabah

Muhasabah is a servant to do the calculation and evaluation on the deeds, both before and after to
do so. Allah has said;

"O those who believe, fear Allah and let every soul consider what has been doing for tomorrow
(the Here after), and fear Allah, verily Allah is Informed of what you do." (Al-Hasyr (59): 18 )

"People are smart (strong) is the person who menghisab themselves and do for the day of his
death. The person who is weak on the tail of the chaste and daydream on God. "(HR. Ahmad)

Umar bin Khattab ra, said, "Evalute yourself before you evaluated, and weigh your charity will
be pondered before ...."

Fourthly, Mu'aqabah

Mu'aqabah is sanctioned by the Muslims against someone his own negligence of the above.

"And in that qishaash (security of) life for you, O men of understanding, that ye may ward off."
(Al-Baqarah (2): 179)

Salaf soleh generation that has provided a good example to us in the piety, muhasabah,
mu'aqabah against themselves if guilty, and the example in the more determined to get himself
obedient if negligent on duty. As mentioned in some of the examples below.

1. In a history that is Umar ibn Khaththab ra go to garden. When he returned, he got people
already finished implementing Shalat Ashar. Then he said, "I only went to a garden, I go home
people are Ashar prayer! Now, I make my garden charity to the poor. "

2. When Abu Thalhah are prayer, in front of a passing bird, and he was out of view and neglect
have been performed shalat so sure how he rakaat prayer. Because the incident, he give his
garden for the sake of the poor, as the sanctions on the negligence of his fault.

Fifthly, Mujahadah (Optimization)

Mujahadah optimization is in worship and the whole Islamic values in life.

"O those who believe, you get ruku, sujud, worship to your Lord and Do good deeds, so that you
get the victory. And you strive in the way of God with the jihad that real ... "(al-Hajj (22): 77-78)

"Allah's Messenger. to implement the second night of prayer tumitnya swelling. Aisyah ra. also
ask, 'Why do you do it, but God has taken all your sins?' So, Allah's Messenger. said, 'I should
not have become a servant of gratitude.' "(HR. Muslim al-Bukhari)

These are the five steps that must be owned by a Muslim who want to maintain the value of faith,
who want to survive and istiqamah in the top ketakwaannya. May Allah SWT make us all His
servants who always istiqamah, a model-model and the ideal Muslim, eventually we were
promised His heaven.amin.
