Open Letter to Wallace G. Smith and the LCG(and COG) Leadership and Brethren Greetings Mr.

Wallace Smith We keep going back and forth on these issues, and each time we ask a question about the LCGS CHANGES of the True Gospel. You switched the Subject to 501c3 in an attempt to bury the questions asked. And confuse the people. And this will go on, until we get some HONEST answers of WHY you changed the Gospel of Jesus Christ! WHY THE CHANGES? Look we got two sets of questions that need to be answered here. #1 WHY THE CHANGES #2 The 501c3 articles of incorporation out of Colorado, that you keep showing This Corporation was actually created by Ralph Helgy (apparently without Mr. Armstrongs knowledge) in 1981. And (this is important) Mr. Armstrong ordered them to be dissolved, and they were suspended in 1983 and WAS NOT used again until AFTER Mr. Armstrong died in 1986. Mr. Armstrong NEVER used this article of incorporation that you say he did, he used corporate sole status out of ARIZONA, and did so until he died. Ralph Helgy was on the Board of directors and reactivated this Charter AFTER Mr. Armstrong died for the Purpose for switching it over to Joe Tkach Sr. So if Mr. Armstrong never used this article of incorporation out of Colorado, but rather used corporate sole status out of ARIZONA, Why do you keep trying to prove that he used this one! We know that he did not used this one but he used the Arizona by his(Mr. Armstrongs) articles stating so. And we also know that during the siege of the campus in 1979, Mr. Armstrong had the people send their tithes and offerings to ARIZONA Corporate, NOT Colorado. So once again your argument is NOT valid! The Articles of Incorporation, according to a Official IRS agent who specializes in 501c3, told us that the way it was stated in this article that it was not saying it was 501c3, but since it is lacking the language explaining its status as 501c3, that it was NOT 501c3! Because if it was 501c3 it would have explained that it was in that status. Just Read the Worldwide Church of Gods Reinstatement of Articles of Incorporation in 1987, where it described the language needed for 501c3 Corporations. Ill let you look that up, as it seems you have much higher clearance than we do. Concerning our so called obsession(as you call it) with these questions on the Changes and 501c3. You call it obsession; we call it love for the TRUTH and Jesus Christ commands that we have it, and to PROVE all things. 1 Thess 5:19-23 and to Hold fast to that TRUTH Rev 3:11. And that is what were doing! Show from this official document, that you posted and referred to, WHERE it describes its 501c3 status! Not just where it says 501c3, because it also says OR Section 508. The bottom Line is Mr. Smith, we dont believe Mr. Armstrong was 501c3 because if that had been so, they would have seized all of the Churchs assets, properties, and monies. And thrown Mr. Armstrong in jail for tax invasion, when he switched to Arizona Corporate Sole. And we know by the Fact that the 501c3 laws would never allow the TRUE Gospel to be preached in its entirety. Mr. Armstrong started the Corporation Sole in Arizona in 1979 during the siege of the Campus, and kept it there

until he died in 1986. Then your boss , Roderick C. Meredith and the other Board of Directors switched it to 501c3. 501c3 seems to of been (and be) acceptable by Mr. Meredith, Mr. Ames and the rest of the Board of directors as that was how the Church was dissolved under 501c3. But it WAS NOT acceptable with Mr. Armstrong. That is why it could not be taken over until then, until Mr. Armstrong was dead. Another question we have, perhaps Mr. Meredith and Mr. Ames knows What happened to all of the monies from the properties, treasures and assets looted by those leaders in Worldwide after Mr. Armstrong died? Where is all those hundred of millions of dollars, where did they go? We ask since Mr. Meredith and Mr. Ames were both on the Board of Directors making those decisions and directing Joe Tkach. We are awaiting all of these answers, and in the end the TRUTH will Still be the TRUTH, and Lies and deceptions will still be Lies and deception. And it is time to stand up and be HONEST and tell the TRUTH. Why does your Church change the TRUE Gospel restored by Jesus Christ through Herbert W Armstrong? And Why wont you first admit the Changes then tell us why the Changes and GIVE us the Biblical reasons for those Changes. PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS FIRST. We have been waiting for a couple of years for the answers, and dont you think it is time to stop evading them and just answer the questions? In the meantime, if you would, take your special top government clearance and research for us where all those Tithes and Offerings went that built Gods Church and Campuses. And Why was these men NOT brought to justice for their crimes? This is just NOT a request Mr. Smith, you are an Agent of the State and we as Tithe and offering payers have a right to know!
