THE TANGENT
The conveyor belts of the series ALPHAbelt S2113 are straight running belts, with pitch 12,7 mm. The belts of the series 2113 can function without returning shaft, by installing a wear strip with thickness 6 mm. (min) or a roller with diameter 6 mm. (min). By this way, the distance between two conveyors is reduced to the minimum, cancelling the bridges and the rest transition accessories. Assembling different types of plastic segments, you can create belts with width fromm 20 to 2.000 mm, and unlimited length. They are designed to convey light loads. They are produced of materials suitable for contact with food. They function in environment with temperature from 60 to +105C. The motion transmition is succeded by the plastic sprockets S2113, which can move the belts bidirectionally. LOAD= The maximum conveyed load that can concentrate on the belt at a certain moment +the friction resistance between the belt and the wear strips (page) + launching resistance of the belt (page..) the percentage rate. DRIVE SHAFT D MINIMUM QUANTITY OF TEETH ON THE DRIVE SHAFT: The quantity of teeth that should be calculated is this X COUNTING TEETH X that works with the belt on a certain moment (side drawing). X MINIMUM QUANTITY OF SPROCKETS ON THE IDLE SHAFT: It is suggested to use on the idle shaft sprockets COUNTING TEETH with the same diameter with those on the drive shaft.
