LIMITATIONS Due to the time constraint the study is made only among 150respondents There is a chance of personal bias which affects the originaldata. Cannot able to get exact information because some of theemployees are reluctant to share the information. Most of the employees were busy with their tight work and theydont want to be disturbed. 2.3. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY Formulating good polices and administration practices for their employee.
