NOTES AND TIPS FOR THE READERS

It is important, at the moment of planning a class, to take into account the students level, needs, likes, and obviously, the topic. It could be a bit difficult to select an appropriate video to teach a specific topic, but what is more important is that at the moment of doing it, it should be meaningful and, if thats going to be the center of the class, to create activities that keep them busy and concentrated as the video goes on. Furthermore, when the videos are not at the level of our students, and you didnt find more videos, its important to introduce the topic before, or help students with the use of pictures in order for them to understand what the video will be about. Using videos is not always a struggle, but its another way of teaching using technology and enhancing students motivation. Nevertheless, as previously mentioned, videos are not only for fun and for making the class more enjoyable, but to become that joy in a significant experience in learning, too.
