Contributions to Schock Victory Committee are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. Funds received in response to this solicitation are subject to federal contribution limits. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, foreign nationals without green cards, and federal government contractors are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Schock Victory Committee (the JFC) is composed of Schock for Congress (the Campaign), GOP Generation Y Fund (the PAC), 18th District Republican Central Committee (the District Party), and the National Republican Congressional Committee (the NRCC). The first $2500 from an individual or non-multicandidate federal political committee will go to the Campaign, the next $5,000 will go to the PAC, the next $10,000 per calendar year to the District Party, and the remaining $30,800 will go to the NRCC. The first $5,000 from a federal multi-candidate political committee will go to the Campaign, the next $5,000 will go to the PAC, the next $5000 will go to the District Party, and the next $15,000 will go to the NRCC. All contributions otherwise permissible under FECA, but which would cause a contributor to exceed any applicable Federal contribution limit to a specific committee, shall be reallocated to the remaining Committees to the extent permitted by FECA according to this allocation formula. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution to a specific participation Committee(s) listed in the Preamble to this Notice. Any such designated contribution that causes the contributor to exceed the contribution limit to the designated Committee shall not be reallocated by Schock Victory Committee absent the prior written permission of the contributor as required by law.
