Armed Forces & Police Only (Automatic-Opening/ Taper-Lock Folder) Acknowledgments and Representations: We/I, are/am a "bonafide" dealer/retailer or am otherwise authorized to carry and/or possess fully automatic knives or switchblades as described in 18USC 1716 (g) (2) (1-4) and as such represent and state that sales and/or possession of such device will not be transferred to the general public, but only be made to those individuals and entitles described in 18USC 1716 (g) (2) (1-4) and 15US 1244 (2-4). 18USC 1716 (g) (2) (1-4) summary: Switchblade knives can be shipped to civilian and armed forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the Federal Government ordering or procuring or purchasing such knives in connection with activities in the Federal Government; to supply or procurement officers in the National Guard, the Air National Guard, or militia of the state or territory of the District of Columbia ordering, procuring or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of such organizations; to supply or procurement officers or employees of the government of the District of Columbia or the government of any state or territory of any county, city, or other political subdivision of a state or territory ordering, procuring or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of such government. 15 USC 1224 summary: Knives can be shipped by common carrier, that sale, transportation or distribution, possession, or introduction in to interstate commerce of switchblade knives is authorized if it pursuant to a contract with the armed forces or any member or employee thereof acting in the performance of his or her duty may possess switchblade knives and may have them shipped to him or sold to him or her. The possession and transportation upon his or her person of a switchblade knife or a blade 3 inches or less is authorized to any handicapped individual who has the use of only one arm. By accepting this acknowledgment, I am signifying that I have read and understand the documentation contained herein. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Kanoy Telecom, Inc. also doing business as Kanoy Communications, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any losses resulting from or in connection with any direct or third party claims of, any and all types of litigation, personal injury, psychological damage or duress, real estate or property damage, resulting in the sale/use of this product/products. I agree to hold harmless Kanoy Telecom, Inc. dba Kanoy Communications, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all foreseen or unforeseen liability related to the resale or use of this product. I further signify and affirm that have read and understand all applicable Federal/State/Municipal Laws, Regulations, and Ordinances governing the sale/resale of this/these product/products and signify and affirm, my possession and/or resale of this/these product/products is in compliance/ accordance with all applicable Federal/State/Municipal Laws, Regulations, and Ordinances governing this/these product/products.
