The applicant is expected to fill out the required fields to the
best of his ability. Field descriptions are found below.
Title: This should be a short description of the given working. Additional but
similar workings may be titled as Invocation of Lilith II, for example.
Intention: This section should include the desired outcome/purpose of the working.
Time: Approximate starting/finishing calendar date and time of the ritual. This does
not need to be highly specific.
Background: This should give any relevant information beforehand regarding the
working. If the working was aimed towards getting a job, relevant information
would include jobs applied for. Other information might possibly include the occult
history of the practitioner, or the paradigm one currently works under.
Technique: This section should include the steps one had planned to take during a
ritual or working; the technique(s) thus utilized. Location and any physical objects
incorporated (if any) should be included. Workings don't always follow according to
plan, or are even pre-conceived. In the latter case, some mention should be made
that it was an impromptu working.
Operation: In comparison to what one had planned to do, as mentioned, workings
don't always follow according to plan. Repeating oneself in terms of what actually
followed according to plan isn't necessary. Specific consideration should be taken to
differentiate between perceived results, and physical phenomena, i.e. the difference
between I was burning up with fiery energy, in comparison to, My body felt
extremely warm and tingling, which I ascribed to the accumulation of fiery energy.
Results: Although these may have also been covered in the Operation section, a
mention should be made as to any perceived results, or lack thereof, in accordance
to the initial intention/purpose. It is important to note that a lack of results is at
least as important as positive results. This database will, at the very least, help
everyone to determine which techniques tend to lead to the best results among the
greatest number of occultists. Noting inconclusive or negative results are a key part
of this process.
Final Remarks: Post-operation thoughts, or anything which didn't fit into any
other section. Subject matter might include what you might have done differently,
or what you found to be conducive to the working at hand. Include any final notes.
