MANAGEMENT: ALL parties of our business Managing Partner of the firm. BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS: That the books of accounts of the firm shall be maintained from 1st July to 30th June of each year. The proper books of account will be maintained by the first part and both parts will have full rights to check these accounts at any reasonable time. DURATION: That the partnership is AT WILL but it will not be dissolved till the clearance of any loan and any partner who wishes to leave or retire shall be required to serve a notice in writing at 30 days before the date of his intended retirement. INVESTMENT: That the capital investment of the partners shall be according to the requirement of the partnership business, which may further be increased or decreased, but increase or decrease will have no effect on the sharing of partners. BANKS OF ACCOUNT: That the bank account will be opened in the name of the firm in any schedule bank which will be operated by WASEEM ULLAH singly / jointly. LOAN: That the partners of the firm shall be authorized to get loan from the Banks, Loaning Agencies or from other persons in the name of the firm providing mortgage or other securities against the properties of the firm. But such loans shall always be utilized for the purpose of the business of the firm. DISPUTES: That all the disputes relating to partnership business shall be decided by an Arbitrator to be appointed by the mutual consent of all the parties whose decision shall be final and binding on all the partners. DISSOLUTION: That on account of death of any partner, the legal heirs of the deceased if so desired may continue in the said partnership and be substituted in place of the deceased on such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed by the remaining partners and the legal heirs of the deceased. PERSONAL EXPENSES: That the partners may draw some amount for their personal expenses with the mutual consent and the same will be debited to the personal account of the drawer. INCIDENTAL MATERS: That all the matters not specifically covered by the aforementioned indenture shall be decided in accordance with the provisions of the Partnership Act 1932. There are 118 hospitals in Multan. Names of some hospitals under govt. are Nishtar Hospital and Civil Hospital. Govt. hospitals are better in terms of technology i.e. they have modern equipment as they get funds from govt. e.g. there is Radiology department in Nishtar which is not in other hospitals. But these hospitals lack caring attitude towards patients and better health management as the employees working here work in relaxed environment and do not have fear of being laid down. And also not how kwon about networking or online so there is the lack of information in Multan. which we come as a unique idea. In private sector there is no competitor of OCare.Com. In terms of technology there are a great competitive edge our business is that patients not take any pain and without moving they check up himself. And other edge also in sense we are also provide medicine delivery to the patient and to aware the people when some diseases are born in Multan Health care industry is ranked high in terms of its attractiveness as currently there is mismatch between number of patients and hospitals, there is growth in population and people are willing to pay even higher charges for health care. The major thing that is differentiating OCare.Com from other hospitals is its caring attitude towards patients. So the question is that how does Aspirin work as a good remedy for heart attack??? The answer is that Aspirin reduces the no. of platelets in the blood. As the function of platelets is to clot the blood and these platelets release Thromboxane, a prostaglandin hormone. On the other hand, Aspirin undergoes an irreversible prostaglandin blocking ability. This ability works by inhibiting the biosynthesis of thromboxane which leads to reduce the possibility of blood clotting. Aspirin through biosynthesis slows down the production of prostaglandins. It is a bodily system that works at cellular level. Prostaglandins perform different functions in the body. Actually, it is a part of the bodys chemical messenger system that is responsible for aberrations like fevers, inflammation of muscles or around cuts, swelling, and contracting of uterus muscles etc. As Aspirin reduces the amount of prostaglandins in the body so, it can be a useful way to get relief against pains, fever and even the discomfort of menstrual cramps. The dramatic results of Aspirin are observed by Researchers from the Oxford University that the cancer patients should take a low dose of Aspirin from the age of 45 daily. For this purpose, the doctors passed through many trials involving about 25,000 people who were taking a quarter of the normal pain killer about 75 mg of Aspirin. After 5 years of starting treatment, the cancer deaths fall by 34%. Professor Peter Rothwell, the head of this research explained its merits and demerits prevailing over the risk of bleeding in the stomach. He informed that if you people wanted to reduce the serious risk of your cancer, then the sensible way of thinking revolves around the take up of Aspirin that would be starting in mid age of forties, 40s.
