his ways before the Lord his God. Wait upon the Lord; be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart: wait I say on the Lord. I sought the Lord, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. The young lions do lack and suffer hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing. I waited patiently for the Lord; and He inclined unto me, and heard my cry. He brought me up also out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. He has put a new song in my mouth, even praise to our God: many shall see it and fear, and shall trust in the Lord. Call upon Me in the day of trouble: I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me. O God, you are my God; early will I seek you: my soul thirsts for you, my flesh longs for you in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is. The humble shall see this, and be glad: and your heart shall live that seek God. The Lord is near to all them that call upon Him, to all that call upon Him in truth. He will be very gracious to you, at the voice of your cry; when He shall hear it He will answer you. Incline your ear, and come to Me; hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David. Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while he is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return to the Lord, and He will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. You shall seek Me, and find Me, when you shall search for Me with all your heart. Call to me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know. I set my face to seek the Lord God, by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth and ashes. Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground; for it is time to seek the Lord, until He come and rain righteousness upon you. It shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord has said, and in the remnant that the Lord shall call. For thus says the Lord to the house of Israel, Seek Me and you shall live. Seek the Lord and you shall live; lest He break out like fire in the house of Joseph, and devour it, and there be none to quench it in Bethel. Seek first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you. Ask, and it shall be given to you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened to you. For everyone that asks receives; and he that seeks finds; and to him that knocks it shall be opened. If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask Him? For whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved.

But without faith it is impossible to please God; for he that comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give to that is thirsty freely of the water of life.
