Preheat grill over medium heat using charcoal Meanwhile, combine soy sauce, catsup, brown sugar, chili, garlic and pepper in a bowl. Grill pork for 2 minutes per side then brush with the mixture and continue to grill until cooked Serve with spiced vinegar.
