The user can view the software design like, the Operating System, the Database and Internet explorer. The user can also view the Hardware information like Processor, Memory status, Mouse connection, Keyboard information, whether the Printer is present, the Sound card is installed and also the details of Port setting. The additional information like the System Time, System Directory, about the registered owner are also available. It

ABSTRACT
This project deals with a complete control Software License Monitoring System. The system maintains the details such as total number of license, type of license we have, the license that has been used, validity of license and so on. It includes the following modules,
1.Addition of new software license

It used to feed in the details of the new software .It includes the fields such as, Software name No of User Vendor/Issuer Cost Valid Till Type of license (Host based/User based) Usage Alert Limit

2.Addition of more license to the existing software

2 This module is intended to update the additional licenses to the existing set of licenses to the software. It includes the fields such as, Software name No of License Vendor/Issuer Cost Valid Till Type of license (Host based/User based)

3.License installation update

This module is intended to update the details of each license that had been put to use. - License Number - Software - Usage Till - Assigned to <Machine Number>/Project - Assigned By - Authorized By - Date and time of Installation - Type of License
4.License rollback update

This module is intended to update the license details of those that had been rolled back, so that it can be displayed as available for further/future use. It includes the fields such as, License Number Software Rolled back by Authorized by Date and Time of Rollback

5.License usage Report

The report is intended to list the usage of the individual license key for particular software.
6.License Validity Report

This report lists the validity periods of the various licenses available for the various software.
7.License Expiry Alert(Mail)

The alert is intended to be populated a specified number of days earlier prior to the date of software expiration. The specific number of days is configurable by the administrator.
8.License Usage Limit Alert (Mail)

The alert will be generated when the number of license in use exceeds the usage limits for the software.

9.License Rollback Alert (Mail)

The alert needs to be generated a specified number of days earlier prior to the date on which the license needs to be rolled back.

General Description This web-based application is for the employees of an organization for processing their visa applications. HR Manager is considered as Site Admin and he is having the control over all the users. Hr Manager can create any no of Hr Executive logins and authenticated them. Hr Executives are the responsible persons to execute the process of Visa applications and their Onsite Details. Company Employees, those who are willing enquire about visa status are able to login into this portal. Their empID is considered as username and the password will be given by the Company HR during his/her joining. Onsite employees may apply for visa renewal thro this project.

Advertising Agency

Introduction: This project titled Advertising Agency is a window-based product, which tracks the flow of the process followed in advertising field. The technology used is VB.NET and SqlServer for Database requirements. Objective: The main aim of this project is to maintain the details of ads posted by the customers to the newspapers. This project will bond a chain between the Newspaper Company and customers. Abstract: This Project is mainly based on Advertising Agency and was developed for our client concern Kaavya Associates (P) Ltd.., to maintain the day to day activities and processing done in advertising field. Adding of advertisements, posting advertisements from clients to newspaper, creating invoice for clients ads are performed in this project. Visual Basic is used to design as a front-end tool and SQL Server is used as a back-end.

In Site Admin Module, the Administrator is able to change the prepaid plans and its features, Add or Edit the service providers and reply for enquiry messages.
