Manchester United Soccer Schools booking terms and conditions

Payment Policy
1 All applications must be accompanied by payment in full of the appropriate course fee.

Skills Competition
14 The skills competition that we may run within any of our courses are operated at our entire discretion and in all matters (including disputes), the decision of our judge(s) shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. 15 Any prizes offered are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. 16 We do not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by anyone entering any competition or as result of accepting any prize. 17 All Skills competition finalists must be accompanied by one adult and will be responsible for all additional costs and expenses associated with attending the final and organising their own travel.

Refund Policy
2 3 You may cancel your booking without any charge within 5 working days of you placing your order provided the course has not already started. Unless condition 2 applies, no refund can be given for cancellations received for Skills Development Courses, less than 6 weeks prior to the date of the relevant course. For cancellations made in accordance with condition 3 a full refund is available. Please note that a booking can be transferred to another eligible person without charge at the discretion of MUSS . All courses, activities, venues and travel arrangements are subject to change according to weather, venue availability, a satisfactory level of participants other factors beyond our control. As such, we may cancel or change any courses, should this be necessary for these reasons. If we do have to cancel a course, we will offer an alternative course (if available and suitable) or a full refund but we shall not have any other liability to you. You are responsible for arranging and paying for suitable insurance to cover any injury or illness to the participant as , unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund under these circumstances. For avoidance of doubt, no refund is permitted for participants failure to attend the course.

General
18 The safety and wellbeing of all participants attending our courses is our primary concern. We therefore reserve the right to remove from our courses, without refund, any participant who is found bullying, behaving in a way that may be a danger to others or who is generally disruptive. If the player is removed from our course it is your responsibility to organise and pay for any travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred. 19 Places on all courses are limited. They will be allocated on a first come first serve basis for eligible participants. Our web site sets our further details on the specific requirements of each course. 20 You are responsible for arranging and paying for the participants return travel to the course venue. 21 An acknowledgement email will be sent out before the start of the relevant course to confirm whether or not your booking has been accepted. If an acknowledgement email is not received within 28 days of you placing your booking or, if this is sooner, within 5 days of the course please call the Booking Department on 022-22844545 / 228444544 22 Manchester United players do not attend any of our courses. 23 You hereby grant us with the indefinite worldwide right, without the need for approval or compensation, to use the participants name, photograph, video or film portrayal, image, likeness, interview, voice or sound in any media, ; whatsoever for the purpose of advertising, promotional or commercial purposes. 24 We do not allow any external party to use video or other filming or recording equipment on courses and accordingly neither you nor the participant may record or attempt to record (whether permanently or transiently) or transmit moving images or voices of anyone at the course. You may take still photographs at times indicated by us within the program schedule, provided that they are only used for private purposes. 25 The player is expected to attend the course in a football jersey and football gear (football shoes, water bottle etc...) 26 Neither you nor the participant shall disclose or use any aspect of our course for commercial purposes. 27 If you are not the participants parent or guardian, you confirm that you have made such parent or guardian fully aware of this booking and of these terms and conditions (and that they have agreed to them). 28 These terms and conditions and your booking shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.

Fitness
8 You must ensure that the participant is physically fit and able to participate in the sporting activities and accordingly you accept all risks resulting from participation in the course. We may require additional information depending on the medical information supplied to us by you before we can accept your booking. In the event that the participant needs medical attention during any course you agree that we may provide and/or arrange for any appropriate and necessary treatment. Player must be of correct age for the course at the start date of that course.

Liability
12 We do not accept any responsibility for any death, personal injury or loss of or damage to property other than to the extent that it results from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. The cost of any damage caused by you or any participant you have booked on the course to any property or facilities will be passed on to you.
