Creating the Cut Extrude 1. Click Extruded Cut on the Features toolbar. of the part.
2. Move the pointer over the front face of the part. And select the front face 3. Click Circle on the Sketch toolbar.
4. Move the pointer to the sketch origin. Click the origin 5. Click Smart Dimension click OK. 6. Click Exit Sketch
on the Sketch toolbar, select the circle and set the value in 24.7 then
7. In the Property Manager, under Direction 1: Select Blind in End Condition. Set Depth to 5.
8. Click OK
10. Move the pointer over the front face of the part. And select the front face 11. Click Circle on the Sketch toolbar.
12. Move the pointer to the sketch origin. Click the origin 13. Click Smart Dimension click OK. 14. Click Exit Sketch
on the Sketch toolbar, select the circle and set the value in 12.75 then
15. In the Property Manager, under Direction 1: Select Through All in End Condition.

Creating the Fillet 1. Click Fillet on the Features toolbar. 2. In the Property Manager, under Item To Fillet: a. Set Radius to 5.
3. Click OK 4.
Adding Chamfer
1. Click Chamfer
2. In the Property Manager, under Chamfer Parameters: Select Edge<1> of Extrude2 in Edges and Faces or Vertex. Set Distance to 0.5. Set Angle to 45.
3. Click OK 5.
Extrude an Impeller 1. Click Extruded Boss/Base on the Features toolbar. of the part.
2. Move the pointer over the front face of the part. And select the front face
5. Click first point at edge of outer circle in Extrude1, then move the pointer right-down and click at body of Extrude1. Click Smart Dimension on the Sketch toolbar, select the edge of spline to the origin and set the horizontal value in 19. Then select the other edge of spline to the origin and set the horizontal value in 24, repeat this step and set the vertical value in 3.
1. Click OK . 2. Click sketch line, and will appear arrow at two edges of splines. Click point at edge of arrow, hold and move to get spline
3. Click OK
5. In the Property Manager, under Direction 1: a. Select Blind in End Condition. b. Set Depth to 10. Under Thin Feature: a. Click v on Thin Feature box b. Type: One-Direction c. d. Click Reverse Direction Set Thichness to 2.
6. Click OK 6.
Using Move Face 1. Click Rotate View on the View toolbar and drag to rotate and see the other side part.
3. In the Property Manager, under Move Face: a. Select Face<1> in Face(s) to move. b. Set distance to 10. Under Parameters: Select Edge<1> in Direction reference

6. In the Property Manager, Under Neutral Plane: a. Select Face<1> in Neutral Plane. b. Click Reverse Direction . Under Face to Draft, Select Face<2> in Face to Draft. Under Face to DraftDraft Angle set in 5.

Adding Fillet 1. Click Fillet on the Features toolbar. 2. In the Property Manager, under Item To Fillet: c. Set Radius to 1.
3. Click OK . 4. Repeat step 1 and in the Property Manager, under Item To Fillet: a. Set Radius to 1.5.
5. Click OK 9.
Create the Circular Pattern 1. Click Axis on the Sketch toolbar. 2. In the Property Manager, under Selections: c. d. 3. Click OK Click Cylindrical/Conical Face . .

4. Click Circular Pattern on the Sketch toolbar. 5. In the Property Manager, under Parameters: a. Select Axis1 in Pattern Axis. b. Set Angle to 360. c. Set Number of Instances to 6. d. Click Equal spacing
Under Features to Pattern: Select Extrude-Thin1, Fillet2, Fillet3 & Draft1 in Features to Pattern .
6. Click OK
