BIG SWAP BONANZA CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS

By signing the Vendor Application you agree to all terms and conditions

1. City Markets, Inc.(CMI) reserves the right to inspect all merchandise and refuse admission to any Vendor.

2. No games of chance, skill, or raffles are allowed. No fireworks, handguns, or dangerous items may be sold.
Vendors are responsible for making sure that any pictures, books, records, etc. on display are acceptable
for children of all ages. No pornography. Vendors may not sell counterfeit items. No onsite tattooing or
body piercing allowed. No other foods may be sold, including candy or beverages. No cooking is allowed.

3. ONLY ONE CAR PER SPACE. A second car will be charged for a second space. Sellers must only use
the space assigned to them. City Markets, Inc. reserves the right to designate the selling area. THERE IS
NO FREE PLACE TO PARK AN EXTRA CAR – DON’T BRING IT!

4. Tents are optional and must be provided by the individual vendor. There can be no staking into the ground
and all tents must have at least 50.lbs of weight on each corner with: either cement, sandbags or
water buckets, to keep tent from blowing. If you do not weight your tent you will be asked to
disassemble your tent. You will be liable for any damage your tent does if not correctly weighted
down.

5. Sellers must leave their space clean. Violators will be subject to a fine and a refusal to sell at City Markets,
Inc. events.

6. No electronic extension cords may be connected to Solider Field power without prior permission.

7. There will be no selling in walkways. All sellers & their property must be completely within the lines that
designate their selling space.

8. Vendor is responsible for sales tax. Sales tax in Cook County is 10.25%. You must collect and pay sales
taxes to the state of Illinois. If you are not based in Illinois, tax-reporting forms will be provided to you.
In any event, management bears no responsibility of payment of sales tax and you agree to indemnify CMI
for any failure by you to pay the required sales taxes to the State of Illinois.

9. Vendor must regulate the volume of radios, televisions, stereos, and sound amplification equipment so as
not to interfere with those occupying adjoining spaces.

10. Vendor's children must stay with parents at all times. Rudeness to customers will not be tolerated.

11. City Markets, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable to Vendors for any loss or damage that may result to
Vendor or his property from water, fire explosion theft willful or negligent act of City Markets, Inc. or it's
employees, or agents, or from any other source or cause whatsoever

12. Set up is from 5am-7am. No cars will be allowed in after 7am. Vendors may not pack up and drive the
premises until the event concludes at 3pm. All Vendors must be off the premises by 6:00pm.

13. Vendors shall abide by and observe all laws, rules and regulations of the state of Illinois and the City of
Chicago and department thereof.
