If any additional work is required we will always consult the customer first to talk it through with them. The final decision regarding authorising any additional work is always with the customer. NEW VAT RATE

With effect from Tuesday 4th January 2011; all our products are subject to VAT at the new rate of 20%. This includes any servicing and repair work carried out.
