IS RESPONSIBLE

Position Role:

The IS Responsible is that person that has the role of doing knowledge management in
AIESEC Constanta and information system related activity.

AIESEC XP Stage: Taking Responsibility.

Works with ADV Resp and site responsible.

Approx. 16h/week

Responsibilities

1. Manages and maintains logistics and infrastructure: PCs, servers, network, printers 20%
2. Manages Updates the official website (ro.aiesec.org/constanta) – from IT point of view 10%
3. Manage and updates AIESEC Constanta’s communities on AIESEC.net 20%
4. Newsletters release (alumni, AIESEC network, students, companies) 10%
6. Manage and maintains the folder structure on AIESEC.net communities 10%
7. Implement an education plan for all LC members 20%
8. Design a transition plan and implement it 10%
TOTAL 100 %

Key performance indicators for the job


Note!! Key performance indicators established for all the responsibilities that should be
performed.
- Have an updated site every month.
- Have the local communities updated every moneth with new infos.
- Have a well structuerd and implemented education plan on IS for all the LC members.
- Implement KM strategies in the office as well as for the virtual resources.
- Have an office network in a functional state.
- Have NSLs released every month.
