TRIMESTER I Introduction to Media History of cinema Effective Communication and Soft Skills Development Film Studies and Media Analysis Creative Writing Photography Cinematography [Basics] Multimedia Practical Multimedia Lab, Photography, cinematography and Creative Writing

TRIMESTER II Direction and Montage Advanced cinematography Screenplay writing Editing Sound engineering Importance of Makeup, Art and Costume in a film Practical Multimedia Lab, Photography,Cinematography and Audiogrpahy, screenplay writing Project -- one minute film, three minute film, five minute film

TRIMESTER III Direction Script to screen Economic Production Design and Media Management Pre production, production and post production Students will be divide into 2 groups, Each group will be mentored by a Team of Experienced Professionals from the film industry Each group will produce a film. Students will be given an opportunity to assist in all phases of the film making process. [Professional equipment will be provided by the institute for the shoot including a full-fledged unit and crew. Will be provided with field experience to the students]

TRIMESTER IV Marketing strategy for film Students will be required to produce a Diploma Film of 20mins duration. [Professional equipment will be provided by the institute for the shoot including a full-fledged unit and crew] Final Evaluation and Viva Voice will be conducted

Class time Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm Theoretical and Practical exams will be conducted at the end of Trimester I & II * Study material Rs 25,000 extra [includes canon DSLR camera, books, diploma film and other expenses] International certification from UK Canon DSLR camera and study material for all students More than 50 faculties from film and television industry Fully practical oriented course More than 25 films made during the course with support of experienced film makers from the industry Professional editing and sound studio Preview theatre and shooting floor Guaranteed placement for successful students Wi-Fi enabled Air conditioned campus
