Here the Coach will help the client realize and appreciate short term wins, this is important as once the change process starts there may be temptation to go back to original space. Short term wins will help the client gain confidence of being on the right track and hope for future will be more prominent , rather than attraction of the past Step 7 .. Continuous Improvement Review make it better Take in other opportunities to make it better

Here the coach will help the client to review if the outcome of the result of change can be made even better. This is actually going back to step 1, where there is a wake up call but in subtle way Step 8.. Make it a habit and ingrain Build change into the process Let it not slip back Reflect and take another change challenge

Here the coach will try and build the confidence in the client that while the milestone has been achieved , the potential is to do even better and leave the client in the frame of mind where he savors the fruits of change , but looks to reach even better potential
