A face wash, body wash and shampoo, this multi-functional product meets the needs of the practical man. Carbopol* Aqua SF-1 Polymer thickens and enhances the appearance of the formula as a rheology modifier. Sulfochem* ES-2 CWK Surfactant in combination with Chembetaine* CAS Surfactant provides rich, creamy, and soft foam. Hair and skin are conditioned by Glucquat* 125 Humectant and SilSense* Q-Plus Silicone. Chemonic* LI-6875 Surfactant is a low irritation surfactant derived from coconut oil that solubilizes the fragrance. Glucamate* LT Thickener builds viscosity and reduces the irritancy of the formula. Hydramol* PGDS Ester delivers emolliency for a moisturized afterfeel.

Procedure:
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. PART A: Add Disodium EDTA and Carbopol * Aqua SF-1 Polymer to Deionized Water with mixing. Mix until uniform. Add Sulfochem* ES-2CWK Surfactant with gentle mixing. Mix until uniform. Neutralize batch with Sodium Hydroxide (18%) to pH 6.0 7.0 and mix until uniform. PART B: In a separate vessel add Chembetaine* CAS Surfactant and Hydramol* PGDS Ester and Glucquat* 125 Humectant heat to 60C with gentle mixing. Add PART B to PART A with mixing. Mix until uniform. PART C: In a separate vessel, combine PART C ingredients and mix until uniform. Add PART C to batch with mixing. Mix until uniform. Add PART D ingredients to batch in order one at a time with mixing. Mix until uniform.
