Cheese and Spinach Wontons with Hot Tomato Sauce Specifications:

What you need for Cheese and Spinach Wontons with Hot Tomato Sauce
Ingredients Whole Wheat flour Clean Water Mozzarella cheese Baby spinach (chopped) egg beaters salt Tomato sauce EMERGANCE wonton sheets Amount cup 1/3 cups and a pot 1 cup 1 cup cup pinch One can (1 cups) 1 pack

Tips: - To know if the water is boiling, dont look at the amount of steam that is coming from the pot, look and see whether or not the water is bubbling. - When folding the wontons the tips of all the corners should come together into the middle so that the fillings stay inside and the wontons stays intact. What the dish should look like:

Making the dough for wonton 1) Gather all the ingredients and tools ready to use. (1-2 mins) 2) Get one egg and beat it in a silver bowl (1 min) 3) Get 1/3 cups of water and add it into the egg (50 secs) 4) Mix it all together well (50 secs)

(1 min) Add teaspoon of salt into the flour and mix it well (30 secs) Make a well into the middle of the mound of flour (30 secs) Add the egg mixture into the middle (50 secs) Mix it all together using your hands (5 mins) When all is mixed well take it out (30 secs) Add some flour onto the table top where you put the dough (50 secs) Put the dough onto the table top (30 secs) Knead the dough using the palms of your hands (5 mins) Knead it until it becomes elastic (1 min) Cut the dough into two separate balls. (30 secs) Cover the balls with a damp cloth for a minimum of 10 minutes inside of a bowl (10 min)

Making wontons 1) Get the boiling pot and put it over the medium heat on the stove. (1-2 mins) 2) Leave it there for the water to boil while you make the rest of the filling (wait) 3) Wash the spinach and put it in the stainless bowl. (3-4 mins) 4) Cut the spinach. (Not to small not too big) (3 mins) 5) Put the spinach inside the boiling water for about 5 minutes. (5 mins) 6) Take the spinach out of the water using the net bowl. (1 min) 7) Put the spinach into the stainless bowl (30 secs) 8) Turn the heat off and pour the water out (1 min) 9) Add the same amount of water again to boil the second time. (1-2 mins) 10) Mix the spinach with a pinch of salt. (1 min) 11) After the dough has rested cut each of the balls into four equal pieces (1-2 mins) 12) Put some more flour onto the surface (30 secs) 13) Use a rolling pin and roll each of the balls out into very thin strips (or use a pasta machine of 2mm). (5-10 mins) 14) Get the cutter and cut the dough into 15/15 cm squares (5-8 mins) 15) Flour it up so it doesnt stick to the surface. (30 secs) 16) After that, put a spoon of spinach and mozzarella cheese on top of the dough into the middle. (5 mins) 17) Put it into all of the dough rectangles that you have (finish all the spinach and cheese) 18) Continue this process until all the spinach or mozzarella cheese runs out. (3-5 mins) 19) This should result you with wonton dough rectangles with fillings 20) Add a very small amount of water at the four edges of the wonton sheet so that when folded the wonton would stay intact (5 mins) 21) Fold the wontons into small little balls (with tips all joined up) (5 mins) 22) Do this to all of the wontons so that you will result with wontons with spinach and cheese fillings. 23) Add all the wontons into the boiling pot with boiling water (50 secs) 24) Leave it in there until all of the wontons rise out of the water (let it rise) 25) After it rises (floats) leave it for another 5-8 minutes (5-8 mins) 26) Use the net bowl to take all of the wontons out onto a plate (1 min) 27) Remove the boiling pot and pour the water out (leave the heat on) (1 min) 28) Now get another boiling pot (small) (50 secs) 29) Open the tomato can (50 secs 1.5 min) 30) Add the tomato sauce into the pot (50 secs) 31) Use a wooden paddle and mix the tomato so that it is hot (3 mins) 32) Now add cheese (1/4 cups) into the tomato sauce (1 min) 33) Mix all that together till it melts into the tomato (1 min) 34) Take the tomato sauce out and into a glass bowl (1 min) 35) Set the dish up with 6 pieces of wonton on a plate including the tomato sauce. (The time remaining) 36) Garnish the dish with whatever you choose. (The time remaining)

Emergency method do not do the dough making process In case anything goes wrong for the wonton making process (creating the wonton sheets). From the steps 10-14 remove it and use the pre made wonton sheets instead. Add the fillings into the middle of the premade sheets and just continue with the rest of the method.
