PRAYER for deliverance from FEAR and a WORKPLACE PRAYER

WORKPLACE PRAYER
Recently, I have heard about and seen many instances where situations are arising in the workplace as well as in homes that point to an attack of division and the breaking down of relationships, together with an attack on the Divine health we should be enjoying. Obviously this is the work of the enemy and so first and best reaction is counter-attack! General Schwartzkopf said an imperfect plan implemented immediately is always far more effective than a perfect plan implemented later! He said imperfect PLAN....NOT a knee-jerk reaction...so it is important to evaluate the situation and to devise a plan. We must remember that we dont battle against flesh and blood (people) but against Principalities, Powers and World-Rulers in the spiritual realm. What is it to war in the spirit? We CANNOT fight darkness.light DISPLACES darkness! Bring the LIGHTBE the LIGHT!! This is the only effective way of gaining the victory! So how do we do thispractically? 1. Do NOT look at the situation and get into performance or fix it mode this is operating in the flesh, which is exactly where satan wants you! This is His worldand he drags you down to His level and beats you with experience. 2. Look PAST the situation and see what is happening what evil spirit is working? Get into the Spirit and Holy Spirit will speak to youwhat is the character of the spirit that is working? 3. Jesus always came in the opposite spirit He said: Love those who hate you, bless those who curse you and pray for those who despitefully use you. 4. Get a group of people together to stand in the truth who will be light, be peace, be joy in the situation. This is NOT a prayer meeting!! Prayer meetings so often become griping sessions about all the negative stuffunfortunately they often, very effectively activate a spirit of depression and discontentment. This is a Joyous Celebration of Thanksgiving and declaration of the Victory of Jesus

over EVERY enemy! Keep it upbeat! Stop people from breaking the Joy. 5. Let each person do the following: 1. Share testimonies and happy stories about what God has done recently or long ago activate faith!! 2. Thank God for as much as possible: I woke up breathing this morning! I have a job!...etc. Declare the Goodness of God his attributes and faithfulness. Pray blessings on the people at work, the management and on the company. Pray this prayer: Father, we declare that you are God and we are not. You are in control and we acknowledge this as we submit to You and desire that Your will be done in every area of our lives. We choose to resist the working of the enemy in our lives and in our environment. Jesus is the resurrection and the LIFE, so we speak life into the death in these relationships and situations. We choose against death and embrace life and we release LIFE!! We take up the authority Jesus gave to us and as we take charge of the situation, and we break the power of the spirit of hypnotism that makes bad things look good and good things look bad. Father, shine Your Light in the situation and bring all darkness to the Light - reveal Your righteousness and reveal unrighteousness in this situation and all the people involved in this situation. We pray that Your will be done in this situation and in this place as it is in heaven. We release Your peace that passes all understanding into this situation and into the relationships involved here. We resist the spirit of infirmity that causes disease and we declare its power broken because of the resurrection of Jesus, and we release resurrection life into the people who are sick here and those who are not present. We COMMANND healing and restoration in the lives of (Name people individually by name, even those who do not know God yet.) Father open their eyes to see Your Love, Grace and Mercy! We celebrate your sovereignty and declare our trust in You to reveal Your will and Glory in the situation. Thank You Father. Amen. Share edifying scriptures that will encourage each other.

STOP the meeting. It is important that it does not degenerate into a normal prayer meeting. It is intended to be short, sharp and powerful! Stop before it runs out of steam!

The SPIRIT of FEAR - teaching and prayer

PLEASE ONLY READ THIS WHEN YOU HAVE 15 MINUTES TO BE ALONE AND PRAY THE PRAYER!! Who does not have intermittent stress, worry, anxiety and fear? Do you have it constantly? Do you like to control things around you, to be in control? Do you have Irritable bowel syndrome, spastic colon, asthma, shortness of breath, stomach ulcers or confusion and double mindedness cant decide what to doespecially when in a crisis? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you have a spirit of FEAR working in your life! This is not surprising since our culture propagates fear as a motivation for 'good' behaviour, even although it has been proven over and over again that fear is a VERY poor motivator...Love is a far better motivator. Stress, worry, anxiety and fear are actually all the same thing, and today I want to speak about the FEAR which is the biggest block to intimacy with God and is also the most common problem we have! If we start at the beginningwe know that God created man for close companionship with Him Gen 3:8 And they heard the sound of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day.. and we know from experience that sin separates us from God and the man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden. The 1st effect of separation from God is: Gen 3:9 But the LORD God called to the man and said to him, "Where are you?" Gen 3:10 And he said, "I heard the sound of you in the garden, and I was AFRAID, because I was naked, and I hid myself." FEAR keeps us far from Godkeeps us away from communion and intimacy with God FOREVER Rev 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and

sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. When I first read this scripture I thought God is very unfair because I had a lot of fear. My father beat me half to death every second day so I had a lot of fear. Was it my fault? No! So why should I sit in the lake of fire? Lets look at why! What is FEAR? My Acronym is - False Expectation Appearing Real. FEAR believes BAD things will happen FAITH believes GOOD things will happen So we see that Fear is the opposite of faithfaith believes good things will happen Rom 8:15 For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, "Abba! Father!" Heb 11:6 And without faith it is impossible to please him So faith is a form of worshipso what is fear then? Also worship! But who is worshiped? satan! So what is the origin of Fear? You could say Separation but what happens when you are separated from God? Are you alone there in the wilderness? No? Who is there? Who came to Jesus in the wilderness? satan? So should we avoid the wilderness like the plague? NO! Go there to overcomelike Jesus did! 2Ti 1:7 for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. It is a spirit!! Who gave us this spirit. Yes, youre right satan! So what did God give us? A spirit of power and love and self-control. What spirit did Joshua and Caleb have? What spirit did the other 10 spies have? What spirit did Abraham have? When he lied to the King about Sarah being his sister? Twice! Yes, a spirit of fear. So we see Abraham became the friend of God, but he didnt start there! What took him there was his OBEDIENCE!! OK, so what are we going to do about the fear you have? Send you to the wilderness? No! So what is the antidote to FEAR? Yes a spirit of power and love and self-control. But where does that come from. Yes, from Godbut who is God? God is LOVE!! 1Jo 4:18 There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and

whoever fears has not been perfected in love. Do you know the legend of the Cherokee Indian youth's rite of Passage? His father takes him into the forest, blindfolds him and leaves him alone. He is required to sit on a stump the whole night and not remove the blindfold until the rays of the morning sun shine through it. He cannot cry out for help to anyone. Once he survives the night, he is a MAN. He cannot tell the other boys of this experience, because each lad must come into manhood on his own. The boy is naturally terrified. He can hear all kinds of noises. Wild beasts must surely be all around him. The wind blew the grass and earth, and shook his stump, but he sat stoically, never removing the blindfold. It would be the only way he could become a man! Finally, after a horrific night the sun appeared and he removed his blindfold. It was then that he discovered his father sitting on the stump next to him. He had been at watch the entire night, protecting his son from harm. We, too, are never alone. Even when we don't know it, God is watching over us, sitting on the stump beside us. When trouble comes, all we have to do is reach out to Him. Lets look at the effects of FEAR. God gives us a spirit of power and love and self-control. So the 1 thing we lose is POWER! When you wake up from a nightmare dont you feel weak and helpless? The 2 thing we lose is the ability to RECEIVE LOVEand if you cant RECEIVE Love then you cant GIVE loveyou cant give what you dont have! Love does not consider itself but others. So, we become selfish! It all goes about me, myself and Iremember the control we spoke about earlierits all about what I want!! The 3 thing we lose is self-control or as the KJV says a sound mind. We try to control others instead of ourselves and we become confused and double minded Jam 1:8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways Do these effects of fear sound familiar? OK. So the bottom line is you have an evil spirit of fear in you! What do we do about it? We cast it out! Who let it in? Yes you! So who must cast it out? Me? No! You have the authority in your life so you cast it out!! Eph 4:7 But grace was given to each one of us according to the measure of Christ's gift. Eph 4:8 Therefore it says, "When he ascended on high he led a host of captives, and he gave gifts to men." What did Jesus do? He gave you grace to set you free from the clutches of satan. God gave Adam authority

over the earth. Adam gave it to the serpent when he was disobedient. Why was the consequence death? Because God was angry with them? No! God is LIFEseparation from Himis death! Who is separated from God and instigated the separation from God of Adam and Eve, as well as our separation from God? satan! Jesus overcame satan, took away his power over deathand gave us that very same giftauthority over satan and death! Rev 1:18 and the living one. I died, and behold I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of Death and Hades. So lets backtrack againGod gave Adam authority over the earth. Adam gave his authority to the serpent Jesus took it away from satan when he overcame death Jesus gave it to usthrough Peter Mat 16:16 Simon Peter replied, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God." Mat 16:17 And Jesus answered him, "Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah! For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven. Mat 16:18 And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Mat 16:19 And I will give to you the keys of the kingdom of Heaven. And whatever you bind on earth shall occur, having been bound in Heaven. And whatever you may loose on the earth shall be, having been loosed in Heaven. 1 the spiritual then the physical. (It is VERY important to read this in the LITERAL Version other versions misinterpret this they make it sound like it works the other way around. Jesus prayed Your will be done on Earth AS IT IS in Heaven OK. So you have a spirit of fear, how did it get into you? Usually it comes in very early in life, that is why it feels so familiar, it feels like it is you! It has been with you for so longyou accept it as yoursIt usually comes in with shock or with trauma. When you get a big fright what do you do? Hhhhtake a short sharp breath inand FEAR is in FEAR occupies various places in our bodies and has an effect on them The throatit closes up and squeezes the life out of youyou cant get air Like when you wake up from a Nightmare

The lungs it does the same squeezes the life out of youyou cant get air ASTHMA The stomach ULCERS The intestine Irritable bowel syndrome and spastic colon The mind Confusion and double mindedness you cant decide what to doespecially in a crisis So, now we will pray and YOU will cast out the spirit of FEAR You allowed it in and you will cast it out. Do you want it out? Say aloud: I WANT TO CAST OUT THE SPIRIT OF FEAR. Do you give Jesus through Holy Spirit permission to assist you to get it out? Say ALOUD: YES Jesus, I give you permission to assist me to cast out the spirit of fear. PRAY ALOUD. Father God, thank You that you created me in Love, with a purpose and calling in this world, and You loved me so much that You sent your only Son, Jesus - to die for my Sin, my Iniquity and my transgressions, for my shame, my pain, my guilt and the torment in my life, as well as ALL the curses and diseases that could come upon me. After Jesus died, he descended into the depths, into the hand of satan, and after 3 days, Your Holy Spirit raised Him from the dead, and He broke loose from the hand of satan, and overcame death, satan, and all his demons, and He led them as defeated enemies in a victory parade, and Your word says in Eph 4:8 "When he ascended on high he led a host of captives, and he gave gifts to men." The gift He gave to me is authority in my life over death, satan and all the demons. Jesus then ascended into heaven, where He is seated at your Right hand, WAITING for his enemies to be made His footstool to be put under His feet. Since Jesus is waiting, I realise it is NOT His job to put His enemies under His feet,

But since He gave me authority I realise it is MY job to put His enemies, who are also my enemies, under His feet. And so, Father, I confess that I have allowed spirits of fear, rejection, unbelief and torment to work in my life, I have given them space in my body and in my mind, and I acknowledge this as sin. I repent of this sin by turning away from it, and I accept the freedom Jesus paid such a high price for, I break my agreement and my covenant with fear, rejection and torment, and I take back the space and the time I gave them in my body and in my mind, and I ask that as they leave me, You will fill me with Your Perfect Love, which casts out fear. Your word says there is no torment in Love. I break my covenant and agreement with the spirit and actions of UNBELIEF which has acted as a gatekeeper and kept the lies of fear, rejection and torment in my life. I now command fear, rejection and torment to uproot themselves from my body. Get out of my intestine, stomach, lungs, throat and my mind - Right NOW in the Name of Jesus. (Take a very deep breath and hold it in while you picture the dark mist in your intestine, stomach, lungs, throat and mind, and gather it together in the air in your lungs and then blow it out hard, while commanding it to go. A few breaths may be necessary until you feel a lightness and freedom.) Father, thank you that you promised to fill me with Your Perfect Love which casts out fear, I accept Your Perfect Love and I ask that you fill me now with Your Peace that passes understanding and with your Joy, which is my strength. I worship you and I honour Your Holy name. Thank you Father God. Amen.

LETTER FROM GOD

Meditate on this letter from God which a dear friend received from Heavenly Father: About 2 weeks ago, I sat with the Lord, had a lot of hurt inside of me because of the fact that I am so soft and sensitive and it is so easy for people to walk over me... And this is what He said to me... I hope it will encourage many... Child,

Before I shaped you in the womb, I knew all about you. Before you saw the light of day, I had holy plans for you. You were not placed upon this earth by mistake. I knew what I was doing then and I know what I am doing now. Forget what people say about you. Trust what I'm saying about you! Is My Word not more trustworthy than the word of man? Did I not know you and design you? Did I not create you fearfully and wonderfully? Did I not call you by your name? I see you as I created you and not as you are after being pushed, pulled and moulded by the world and its people. People have hurt you. I see your hurt. But realise that they hurt me first. You are not defined by their opinions of you. You are not a product of who they think you are. I specialise in embarrassing the proud, and bringing the darkness to the light. Any false statement made against you, is darkness and I will lift you up into the light, and the truth will not only set you free but others too. What is more important? What men say about you or what I say about you? I will mend your broken heart again and again, I will give you beauty for ashes. I will lift you out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; I will set your feet on a rock and give you a firm place to stand. I will put a new song in your heart. NOTE THIS PART! : I will do the same for those who have come against you. If they call upon my name, I will rescue them too and they too will be restored. See... this life has left all my children broken... and I'm in the restoring business! I play no favourites! "Look at it this way. If someone has a hundred sheep and one of them wanders off, doesn't he leave the ninetynine and go after the one? You were a lost sheep with no idea of who you were or where you were going. Now you're named and kept for good by the Shepherd of your soulMe! The Good Shepherd puts the sheep before himself, sacrifices himself if necessary. As I did for you on the cross... STOP WORRYING! I'll see to it that everything works out for the best. Remember who I am and remember who you are... who I created you to be...
