Feature Introduction A. Comprehensive Optimizing Die Close System

Multistep pressure & Multistep speed adjustment, is to get a smoothly and steadily mechanism. With finite-element analysis design, platen structure is more reasonable, more strength & stiffness. >>Faster speed die close & low pressure die close device: faster speed die close standard device can shorten production cycle, improving productivity; Low pressure die close standard device can protect mould usage safety. >>Hydraulic drive planetary gear train mould adjustment device: easy to control, safety & reliable. >>Capacity type electric centralized lubrication system: Controlled by PLC, and lubricate pin shafts fixed quantity and time, ensure the die close structure keep lubricating, to guarantee machine for a long working time. B. High Performance Injection System


>>Injection displacement is controlled by magnetic gauge, and injection stage can set on HMI (Human-Machine Interface), therefore operation will be more accurately & safety. Fast-speed injection transmits signal independent & intensification transmit signal independent, can keep product at a high quality. Injection pressure & injection speed can be step-less adjusted. >>Non-float piston Structure injection system can reduce broken probability of injection cylinder & fitting to nearly zero. Injection system resistance loss will be reduced, improving fast speed injection. >>Ratio of intensification piston rod to intensification piston area, will fulfill requirement of injection cylinder pressure intensification. This system construction is simple, with fast reaction. Intensification signal has 3 forms to choose: pressure triggerplacement trigger, or pressure & placement synchronous trigger. Intensification logic valve start is directly controlled by pilot valve without any intermediate links, fully guaranteed voltage building-up time. >>Independent setting injection & intensification accumulator: Noninterference between fast-speed injection & intensification, independent regulator. Germany BUSAK & SHAMBA CO., Ltd design and produce injection oil cylinder & accumulator oil seal, ensure injection oil cylinder & accumulator work for a long time.

Automatic Ladling Machine


Features: 1. With five linkages, twin gear driven to enhance arm speed and stability, it also increase production output. 2. The case is mono-block; it greatly increases the precision of machine. 3. The ladle arm forward / return and pouring / scooping are controlled separately by inverters, thereby increasing the ladle speed, easy to operate. 4. The linkage model allows the arm to stop smoothly even at high speed, preventing the molten aluminum from easily spilling. 5. Automatic Spraying Machine


Features: 1. The assembly of single arm sprayer is simple and robust, and the movement is smooth. 2. It can be used independently or interface with die cast machine, extractor, ladler and press machine to form complete automated production. 3. Installed with at least two atomizers, to improve the spray in both stationary and movable die, adjustable water volume, and the effect of atomization becomes more prominent when doing thin casting. 4. Die release agent spray time can be done separately for stationary and movable die, can meet spray requirement of different products. 5. It can carry out air blowing operation while ascending, simultaneously cleaning the stationary and movable die while ascending, maintaining a clean and dry mold surface. 6. The spray volume can be regulated. 7. The ascending and descending speeds are stable; descending speed can be abruptly reduced in order to extend the life of shock absorber. Equipped with anti-drop locking device, this will prevent the spray head from dropping in case of air pressure cut-off. 8. Spray can also be installed on middle row, allowing use of two different release agents that would give better results. 9. Uses PLC control circuit, with build-in error code display for easier maintenance.
