Introduction
Welcome to the first day of the rest of your life! I say that, knowing that many of you reading this are embarking on a new journey. Real estate is brand-new and foreign to you. And you are getting involved for one important reason – financial freedom for yourself and your family.
Perhaps you are like so many others that have seen what the corporate world can do and realized an important axiom (and one that I have lived my life by) – If it is to be, it is up to me!

That's ok. It's normal. Do you think my first business deal went smoothly? No, way! Going out on your own into an unknown business has the slightest possibility that you could fail and lose everything you worked so hard for. But it's not a reason to give up before you even try. My colleagues and I will be showing and proving that this fear can be overcome by proven solutions that already exist.
For example, what if I could show and tell
