TOP 100 THINKERS

Each year, FP celebrates the ingenuity and bold new ideas of the worlds top global thinkers that help policy leaders understand the issues that will most impact their world. The special December issue ranks and features the worlds top global thinkers including a survey that encapsulates the collective wisdom of this unique crowd.

A new joint project with the Brookings Institution focused on the most important issues and trends that intersect Washington and the world. EACH MONTHS PROGRAM INCLUDES: An exclusive Brookings briefing paper written by a prominent expert on the topic to kick off the discussion Live event in Washington, D.C., with relevant stakeholders and authorities on the topic Original articles and interviews on ForeignPolicy.com by policy makers in Washington and across the world

A live event in Washington which last year was held at the Corcoran Gallery of Art and included attendance from almost one-third of the members from the Top 100 Global Thinkers list has fast become one of Washingtons hottest invitations. ForeignPolicy.com continues that discussion in a special section that gives our influential audience the opportunity to debate and interact with the featured thinkers and their ideas. This list is becoming an annual tradition that generates lots of earned media. Last year, ABC Newss This Week host Christiane Amanpour interviewed FPs choice for Top Global Thinker (in partnership with Warren Buffett and Bill Gates) and featured FPs list on ABCs website.
