A coach is your partner in achieving your personal goals, your champion during turnaround, your trainer in communication and life skills, your sounding board when making choices, your motivator when strong actions are called for, your unconditional support when you take a hit, your mentor in personal development, your co-designer when developing an extraordinary project, your beacon during stormy times, your wakeup call if you dont hear your own, and most importantly: your partner in living the life you know youre ready for, personally and professionally. -Thomas Leonard

In the 7 stage Promoter model of coaching your coach would partner with you on a journey of your own self discovery to enhance your performance. Purpose of the journey Knowing the symptoms which are limiting your effectiveness your coach would facilitate you in clearing the fog around these and help you articulate your specific development objective.

Reflections - Using appropriate tools, your coach would act as mirror highlight your strengths and potential areas of development from multiple perspectives. This enhances awareness of your traits, behaviors and beliefs. Opportunities Your coach would help you co-create opportunities for you to pursue. With clear prioritization, clarity on what is takes to implement and

effective support structures each opportunity is crafted from idea to an feasible action. Motivators Having Cheerleaders along the way would help your journey more exciting. Your coach would work with you to unearth your internal and external motivators to build your conviction on pursuing your feasible actions even amidst adverse conditions.

Trails As a catalyst you need to test your insights, your actions to experience what it takes to behave in a specific manner. Your coach would work with you in creating these Test cases for your trails thru which can fine-tune your approach.

Expand Once you are confident about your trial results, now in a structured manner you get to expand your scope of implementing your specific insights. Your coach would act as a bouncing board and an accountability partner to ensure that you are on track.

Relish Enjoy the journey. Enjoy the little insights. Enjoy the outcomes. Your coach would work with you to ensure that you are celebrating enough. Relishing your own personal growth.
