Cairo 2013 IBEX ( International British Exchange for Knowledge and Culture) looking for an agent in Cairo which would carry out the duties and responsbilities outlined below. BACKGROUND IBEX is a registered company in UK and works with number of British providers and partners to organize UK summer courses in all areas and for all ages. We put young people in touch and ahead of their future opportunities global world skills by helping them to gain understanding, acquire knowledge, and develop problem solving skills which would enable them to live and work competitively in a global, and culturally diverse world. SUMMER SCHOOLS IBEX will operate in 2013 Summer Schools in the UK for 12-17 years old and also undergraduates JOB DESCRIPTION 1. 2. 3. 4. The agent will fully undertake the role of marketing and selling ibex summer courses in Cairo The agent will directly report to ibex managing director or who has been delegated on his behalf. The agent will need to approach private schools, social clubs and universities to sell and market ibex courses. The agent is going to be fully in charge of accepting booking forms, arranging visa, checking all booking forms to make sure that they are accurate, attending meeting on behalf of ibex, sending flyers, translating documents, booking air flights, and charging students directly etc...... The agent must look after ibex interests and present them in the best/professional possible manners. Our agent will have to provide ibex every two weeks with a brief report on the business progress. The agent will have to promote and advertise IBEX summer courses accurately and truthfully. Our agent will be provided with all details of IBEX summer courses location and activities. The agent will receive a commission from IBEX as agreed in the contact. This commission is based on the assumption that the agent will recruit a minimum number of students which will be clearly stated in the agent contact.
