PREFACE As BBA degree requires equal attention practical as well as theoretical aspect of the business, various problems are to be dealt with in this course that is why research programs are there to give deep as well as thorough knowledge of the subject. I have attempted to live up these requisites while preparing this report. During my project work I observed all the aspect of training, gathered all the necessary information regarding this topic. I was given thorough knowledge about each and every aspect of the company. The waves of economic liberalization and globalization now have initiated certain changes and business enterprises have to gear themselves to face the challenge by competition from multinationals. There need arise to maintain proper data so it can be used for comparison. Proper ratio should be chosen so it serve better for the organization. Ratio analysis is done to know the financial position of the company. In competitive world, if any company wants to survive in long run then it is essential that the various ratios analysis should be done to the data of the company and results will be compared with the other company so that proper strategies can be made.
