as much variety of training programs as 25 (in a year) for HR and OD practitioners as well as for line managers. The company started
operations in Pakistan in 2010. Training programs for HR and OD practitioners mainly relate to HR areas. However, programs for line managers
focus on strategic issues.
Training Calendar and its elements: Training calendar is a pre-designed record of various training programs that you’ll be offering in future.
Its contents and elements vary from company to company. Some calendars are extensively comprehensive which include everything from
dates to trainers’ names, fees, and venue. On the other hand, some training calendars provide simple and little information, yet convincing. A
typical training calendar shows important dates, training’s title and description, venue, fee charged (per day or per program), trainer’s name
and aims and objectives of each training program.
