PURPOSE The purpose of this assignment is to develop learners ability to discuss the contract of service and contract for service and evaluate the terms for termination of contract of service in a selected organisation. REQUIREMENT Select an organisation where you have access to the information about human resource policies and terms of contract of service. Discuss the contract of service and contract for service in the organisation and evaluate the terms for termination of contract of service in the organisation.
