Introduction
A country is best when the people and government work together. When the government knows what the people wants, the people are happy and the nation prospers. In this modern day and age, Britain is facing huge challenges. Our economy is plagued by debt, our social ethic is declining and the past governments have not represented the people. But, the Democrats have a totally revolutionary idea. We want the people to have their say. We will alter our current political system, so that Parliament speaks for you and you decide what you want done. Most parties out there make a manifesto which does not represent their people. They make promises which they do not keep. Then, when the government is in power, the things on the manifestos are not tackled and the British society is left betrayed. But, we will change all of this. Our party speaks for the middle class man. Yes, this is ambitious. But, I guarantee that this will all happen. Without the people, we are not a party. We dont know what you want. But, we have put together this manifesto which will cover represent the middle class man. If things are not changed, what will the next generation do? How will society reform? How will you benefit? How will we bring everyone together? How will we save the NHS? How will rapidly improve British research, outputs and technologies? How will we put Great Britain back at the top? We all need to pull together and vote for the one party that will help the middle class man. Vote for the Democrats.

Economy
Past Governments have failed in bringing prosperity in the country. Instead they have brought debt. Now emerging from a global financial crisis, we need to kick start our economy. We will make sure that we save the pennies to save the pounds. We will ensure that the unemployment rate will decline. We promise to: Reduce the Debt by at least 10% Not Impose any new taxes Not increase tax on petrol and fuels Not increase benefits for the more able. o Help the middle class man o Crack down on those Benefit Cheats. o To help the middle class man regain his child benefits Secure jobs for young people o Enrol the young on a Work Programme Scheme Tough Choices for 15 billion savings Cutting MPs Expenditure Tax the rich and help the poor. o Ensure that a 50p tax rate is introduced on earnings over 150,000. o Use this to help everyone else. Bring in 4 billion to provide capital for emerging businesses. Build a high-tech, diverse economy. o Rivalling the EU Roll out broadband for all companies Small Business Fund. o Help Smaller Businesses Speed up HS2 to ensure that an additional 2 billion is produced from quicker journeys. Roll out new measures to ensure that work is easy to find. More Government intervention in helping smaller chains. A better National Minimum Wage No stamp duty for British First Time Buyers Increase Defence Expenditure Exemption from new EU taxes o Veto EU laws and taxes o Referendum on the EU

We need to take all these measures to ensure that our Nation does not plunge back into recession. We want to help the poor and the middle class. We want to help the smaller businesses. We will ensure jobs are secured and that unemployment will decline. We will secure jobs for British citizens. We wont let the EU take our jobs. We are Great Britain.

Transport
We need a modern Transport system to support our modern lives. The delaying of HS2 means we are losing out on a possible 2 billion every year. We need to rival Germany, France, the EU and the world. Renowned for the oldest Tube network in the world, Great Britain is not spending enough on Transport. Cut Tube delays by 30 per cent. Introduce bigger, cleaner trains o Gain money by sending trains quicker as a result. A more punctual service Modern Tube Stations. o Our continental brothers have made Tube journeys fun! o We need to as well Accelerate the Crossrail Network Plan Accelerate the HS2 Plan Have 50% of trains running with no drivers o Saving money Extend HS2 to Heathrow and Kent Protect the Freedom Pass Save the ZIP card Guarantee free travel for the army and ex-militia Introduce a system to report irritating travelers Have a quicker reacting Transport Police Force o Have officers on every train Fix those annoying potholes Roll out newer, bigger buses. Have a newer bus stop system o Ensure cyclists can overtake the bus by cycling on a section of the pavement. Britain needs to build a world class education system. Our system is among the highest in the world. But other countries have better English literacy than the founder of the language itself. Our Education Acceleration Plan will build a stronger system. A tutor for every child More schools Revamping of old school buildings. Making most schools have buildings influenced by art. Modern, spacious classrooms Chill Room A sensory room for SEN children and nursery/reception children Tougher exams Harder syllabus A new exam for all primary school children to track literacy rates Better literacy and numeracy for primary school children Booster classes for children who are struggling in a subject o Extra preparation for the exams New universities Lower Tuition Fees More free schools More religious schools Raising the bar o Better standards Compulsory schooling for all under 18s. Colleges linked with high schools School partnerships around the globe. Schools linking o 1 Primary School o 1 High School o 1 6th Form o Possibly, 1 College E.g. Our simple manifesto plan will be done. It will be achieved. We will have a fairer nation. Together we will be Great. We will ensure that it is put it in to place. The only way to achieve this is by saying, We need a new Government. A Government that works for the people. Vote the Democrats.
