Wednesday, February 13, 2013 Senator Marco Rubio 317 Hart Senate Office Building Washington, D.C. 20510 Dear Senator Rubio: Listening to Commissar Obamas State of the Union speech brought to mind the threat unmitigated immigration poses to the sovereignty of this nation. Researching Florida Statute 1003.42 confirms an agenda Floridians and most Americans would disagree with if they knew what was going on and understood it. FS 1003.42 commands Floridas children study the Hispanic contributions to the United States as an educational requirement. This represents tacit admission by the political class and parties that the invasion of the United States by Mexicans and others is okay. This is an attack on American sovereignty advocated by Humanists/socialists who dream of one world government under the auspices of the United Nations. Teaching this multiculturalism acknowledges the federal government is unwilling to protect this nations borders. That this statute exists shows the Florida politicians who wrote FS 1003.42 were either constitutionally illiterate1 or are for sale to the federal government. This statute violates their oaths to protect and defend the Constitution. The UN Human Rights Charter Article 2 declares Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional, or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty. Republicans halfheartedly demand we seal a border that 1.5 million aliens attempt to breach every year because they are afraid of being called nativists. Those who wish to preserve our unique national identity heritage, and character are branded racists and xenophobes. Republicans are also afraid Hispanic Americans will retaliate against them for demanding our immigration laws be enforced. They place party and self above this country and its future. Their cowardice is costing us our country because Congress will not insist the president enforce American law. To destroy or transform a nation or culture you have to divide it. This is what unmitigated immigration does. Florida Law is obviously bought and paid for with federal money because FS 1003.42 demands students be indoctrinated by studying the contributions of Hispanic Americans. The chasm in our country is not one of income, ideology, or faith, but of ethnicity and loyalty. In the 1950s President Eisenhower sent illegal aliens packing in Operation Wet back. He apologized to no-one for defending U,S. Borders and ordering intruders to go home. In 1960 only sixteen millions Americans did not trace their ancestries to Europe.

Education is a state right and obligation, not a federal right or obligation. .

Today that number is 80 million. No nation has ever undergone so rapid and radical a transformation in so short a time. President Clintons rhapsody to students at Portland State University in 1988 that Americans of European descent would be a minority was a clue of things to come that Americans did not understand at the time. Public education does not teach that in 1821 the newly independent Mexico invited Americans to settle in its northern province of Texas with two conditions Americans must embrace Roman Catholicism and they must swear allegiance to Mexico for a reason. It does not teach that Texans got fed up with the loyalty oath and fake conversions. It does teach that Texans outnumbering Mexicans ten to one, they rebelled and kicked the Mexican garrison back across the Rio Grande. As a consequence, Mexico has a historic grievance against the United States that is deeply felt by its people. They believe we robbed their country of half of its land when Mexico was young and weak. This causes deep differences in attitudes toward America and immigrants from Ireland, Italy, and Eastern Europe in todays immigrants from Mexico. Millions of Mexicans, South Americans and others are here illegally. Many broke the law to get into the United States and they break the law by being here. Each year, 1.6 million illegal aliens are apprehended, almost all of them trying to breech our bleeding Southern Border.2 Unlike immigrants of old, who bade farewell forever to their native lands when they came to America, Mexico is the mother country next door. Millions have no desire to learn English nor become U.S. citizens. America is not their home; Mexico is, and they wish to remain proud Mexicans. They may have come here to work but rather than assimilate, they create Little Tijuanas in U.S. Cities, just as Cubans have created a Little Havana in Miami. They have their own radio and TV stations, newspapers, films, and magazines. They are creating a culture, separate and apart from Americas culture. They are becoming a nation within a nation. Mexican immigrants and others believe in racial rights. Ethnic entitlements have taken root among minorities and are encouraged by cultural elites who denigrate this nations melting pot history by preaching the glories of multiculturalism. The result is ethnic enclaves and separate identities. Ethnic chauvinism is rife in the barrios. The integrationist impulse of the 1960s is dead. Liberal chic is segregation, dressed up as identity-group politics.3 FS 1003.42 encourages more of the same. If Calvin Coolidge lived today and declared America must remain American he would be charged with a hate crime.4 If over one million Mexican soldiers crossed the border Americans would treat it as a major threat to their national security and react accordingly. The invasion of over one million Mexican civilians is a compatible threat to social security. Uncontrolled immigration threatens to deconstruct the nation I grew up in and convert America into a conglomeration of people with almost nothing in common not history, heroes, language, culture, faith, or ancestors. The largest population transfer in history is coming from all races in Asia, Africa, Latin American and they are not melding or reforming. Balkanization beckons and belief in Democracy5 is not enough to hold us together. Millions cannot name their congressman, senator, or the Supreme Court Justices. I do not believe that millions of aliens who break into this country every year will re-forge the bonds of our disunited nation. John Stuart Mills correctly said, Free institutions are next to impossible in a country made up of different nationalities. Among a people without fellow-feelings, especially if they read and speak different languages, the united public opinion necessary to the working of representative government cannot exist. 6

The atrocities that occurred at the World Trade Center and Pentagon and the other acts of terrorism should have been a wakeup call of what is at risk in our nave embrace of Open borders. The world is not as we wish it would be and we live in a world where regimes and renegade terrorists have a murderous hatred of America. Enemies are already inside our gates because of our immigration policies. To preserve the security and freedom of Americans we must run them down and remove them from our midst. The survival of our free society depends on it. The Humanist Manifesto of 1973 was prophetic. It declared Americans must transcend the limits of national sovereignty and. ... move toward the building of a world community we look toa world order based on transnational federal government.7 Gramsci, in the Greening of America, the manifesto, said The true revolution is occurring . . . At the present junction of history, commitment to all humankind is the highest commitment of which we are capable; it transcends the narrow allegiances to church, state, party, class or race in moving toward a wide vision. What more daring a goal for humankind than for each person to become, in ideal as well as practice, a citizen of the world community.8 The end of nations and the creation of a world government have been to dream of intellectuals since Kant. It is Christian heresy which is one of the reasons religion is no longer tolerated in the public square. I do not support, nor will I condone a replication of the EU 9 on the North American Continent. I also refuse to support unmitigated immigration and the future it portends for my progeny where the UN is the parliament and the Security Council is its upper chamber (abolishing the veto). The General Assembly is the lower house. The International Criminal Court, the World Court, and the World Trade Organization constitute its judicial branches; the IMF is the Federal Reserve. The World Bank and its sister development banks are the foreign aid agencies. The UN Food and Agricultural Organization and the World Health Organization are its welfare agencies. The Kyoto Protocol and global warming marks the creation of a global EPA. which is the ultimate long term goal by stealth over time. Since you take an oath to protect and defend the Constitution I expect you act and vote accordingly. Yours in the Bill of Rights,

No matter how permanent and even sacred they may seem at any one time, in fact they are all artificial and temporary. Within the next one hundred years nationhood as we know it will be obsolete; all states will recognize a single, global authority. A phrase briefly fashionable in the mid-20th century Citizen of the world will have assumed real meaning by the end of the 21st.
