Heritage College offers FREE Yoga Classes to the Public Heritage College Registered Yoga Training School offers

FREE yoga classes to the public in Denver. The school is approved by the Yoga, Alliance to offer RYT-200 yoga teacher training for students planning to become yoga instructors. Denver, CO, USA., February 11, 2013 -- Heritage Yoga School in Denver opened its studio to the public last month. As an introductory offer for the new studio, t he school is offering free yoga sessions to the public during the months of Febr uary and March. "Heritage is proud of its beautiful new studio," said Heritage School Director J ennifer Sprague. "It is built with humans in mind. It's a place for students to escape into mind and body with a soft quiet atmosphere. It's a perfect space to share with people of similar mind and goals." "At Heritage, the philosophy is that yoga should be affordable. The yoga studio plans to offer unlimited free sessions in February and March. The regular price for yoga classes is $5 per class, but for the next two months everyone is welcom e to unlimited free yoga as our gift. Heritage also makes advanced yoga training affordable. Yoga Teacher Training at Heritage is just $995, and includes five i ndependent 3-week courses." Drop-ins are welcome, but advanced reservations are encouraged. These same courses have been approved by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as continuing education courses. The courses are desig ned for students who want to incorporate yoga teaching as part of their career o r for students who simply want to achieve a deeper level of yoga understanding a nd mastery. Yoga teacher training at Heritage consists of five independent 3-week courses. T he courses cost $199 each ($995 total). All books are included in the tuition. The five individual courses have been recognized by Yoga Alliance and students w ho successfully complete all courses can apply to be recognized as Registered Yo ga Teachers (RYT-200). These courses make good continuing education and/or profe ssional development course options for personal trainers, physical therapists, m assage therapists, occupational therapists, and other wellness practitioners.
