Thats the impact the Commercial Solutions Program has had on Texas companies. Energy is one of the largest operating expenses facing an organization. The no-cost Commercial Solutions Program provides you with the resources to identify energy efficiency opportunities and convert them into savings. Incentives are available for qualifying measures in new and retrofit projects. Entergy Texas has partnered with CLEAResult to administer the program. By joining the program, you can take advantage of the following resources:
INCENTIVES: Earn $175/kW and $0.02/kWh for lighting, HVAC, roofing and other projects that reduce energy consumption. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE to help identify and evaluate energy efficiency opportunities. COMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT to help publicize your leadership and accomplishments in energy efficiency.

1 Letter of Intent

Enroll in program by signing LOI.

Jyoti Americas, a highvoltage transmission tower manufacturing company, built the first modern U.S.based facility in the U.S. in 2012 in Conroe.

Lighting

2 Pre-assessment

} CLEAResult documents & verifies existing equipment before removal.

HVAC

The original construction blueprints had metal halides throughout the facility. Program staff recommended T5s, which resulted in 99 percent of the energy savings realized through this project. The remainder came from energy-efficient HVAC equipment.

Before new construction projects begin, partner must submit construction drawings for estimated savings calculations. Minimum project size: 10 kW. } Note: If equipment isnt pre-inspected prior to removal, the program cannot incentive the project. } CLEAResult analyzes plans to identify other energy-saving opportunities.

Decide project timeline & scope. CLEAResult calculates preliminary incentive & energy savings. Note: Incentive funds not guaranteed upon project completion without signed incentive application. Partner implements project & notifies CLEAResult upon project completion. CLEAResult documents & verifies new equipment installation, finalizes incentive & energy savings. CLEAResult receives New Base Vendor Form (NBVF) & electric bill for affected facilities. Note: Entergy Texas issues live check to Partner (takes approximately four to six weeks) made to attention of person who signed LOI.
