RESEARCH METHODOLOGY MEANING AND CONCEPT: Research is common parlance refers to a search for knowledge.

Once can also define research a scientific and systematic search for pertinent information on a specific topic. In fact, research is an art of scientific investigation. Redman and Mory define research as a Systematized effort to gain new knowledge. According to Clifford Woody research comprises defining and redefining problem, formulating hypothesis or suggested solution collecting, organising and evaluating data; making deduction and researching conclusion; and at last carefully testing the conclusions to determine whether they fit the formulating hypothesis. TYPE OF DATA: There are two types of datas Primary and Secondary data. Primary data: Primary data are collected through interview method and questionnaire. Secondary data: Secondary data are collected through company profile, books, and internet. METHOD OF DATA COLLECTION: The questionnaire has been chosen as the tool for collection data. A well structured non-disguised questionnaire was made use to collect the relevant data for the study. The questionnaire was framed such a way so as to elicit the required information.

SAMPLING METHOD: Descriptive research includes surveys and fact-finding enquiries of different kinds. The major purpose of descriptive research is descriptive of the state of affairs, as it exists as it exists at present. The main characteristic of this method is the method is that the researcher has no control over the variables; he can only report what has happened or what is happening SAMPLING TECHNIQUE: Convenience sampling or CHUNK: This method of sampling involves selecting the sample element using some convenient method going through the rigour of sampling method. SAMPLE SIZE: Sample size is restricted to 100 respondents. PILOT STUDY: A pilot study was conducted among 15 respondents and changes were made according to their suggestion. RESEARCH DESIGN: Research design constitutes the blue print for the collection, measurement and analysis of data. Research design is the plan of the structure of investigation to obtain answers to research questions. The plan over all schemes or program of the research. Therefore, design can be classified in to three components as given below. Plan for selecting the source and types of information. Frame work for specifying the relationship among the study variables.

The blue print that out line each procedure to the analyze of data. TYPES OF RESEARCH DESIGN: Exploratory research design Descriptive research design Causal research design The study was been conducted based on the descriptive research design. Or characteristic (know as research variable), or they may involve relating the interaction of two or more variables. Descriptive studies may or may not have the potential for drawing powerful inferences. The descriptive study is powerful in business research because of its versatility across disciplines. Descriptive investigations have a broad appeal to the administrator and policy analyst for planning, monitoring and evaluating.
